to enhance their effectiveness, efficiency and service. |

Change Agent |
|
Assessing the organizational culture
to determine its receptivity to change and sponsoring
initiatives to facilitate necessary changes. |

Employee Champion |
|
Understanding employee needs and
concerns, providing caring and support, clarifying
expectations and ensuring organizational justice. |
