	Administrative Expert
	Designing and administering Human Resources processes, such as staffing, training, and assessment, and reengineering those processes to enhance their effectiveness, efficiency and service.
	Change Agent
	Assessing the organizational culture to determine its receptivity to change and sponsoring initiatives to facilitate necessary changes.
	Employee Champion
	Understanding employee needs and concerns, providing caring and support, clarifying expectations and ensuring organizational justice.
