Our company is committed to the highest standards of moral and ethical behavior. This principle is not something I--or any of us--take lightly, because it forms the foundation of trust on which all our business activities take place. It is essential to our company's greatest asset--our reputation. And our reputation depends on each of us making the right choices, every day.
Our Standards of Business Conduct and Ethics contain principles that set a foundation to help each of us comply with the laws and regulations pertaining to our work--that is, to make the right choices. Our Board of Directors has adopted these standards.
Each of us must carefully read the standards, understand how they apply to us and those with whom we work, and comply with them. If you encounter any situation that you believe might violate these standards,or if you have concerns about business practices or possible misconduct, you should report them to your supervisor, the law department, or the compliance and ethics helpline. You have my personal assurance there will be no retaliation for asking questions or raising concerns.
