Charles Bancroft is responsible for the company’s worldwide finance operations, including the Controllership area, Tax, Treasury, Audit Services, Procurement, Strategic Initiatives and the global commercial, R&D and manufacturing finance operations. Charlie also has commercial operational responsibility for Latin America, Middle East, Africa, Canada, Japan and several other countries in the Pacific Rim.

Charlie joined the company in 1984 and has since held positions of increasing responsibility within the finance organization, including international assignments and senior leadership positions in the pharmaceutical business. Most recently, he was vice president of Finance for the company’s global biopharmaceutical business.

Charlie received his Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Drexel University and his Masters in Business Administration from Temple University.
