President and Chief Operating Officer of our company since March 2009. From May 2007 to March 2009, Mr. Andreotti served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of BMS. Mr. Andreotti served as Executive Vice President of Worldwide Pharmaceuticals, a division of BMS, from 2005-2007 and as Senior Vice President and International President of Worldwide Pharmaceuticals from 2002-2005. He is Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Mead Johnson Nutrition Company. Age 58.
