Mr. Campbell, age 65, served as Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Navistar International Corporation, a leading manufacturer of commercial trucks, buses, RVs, defense vehicles and engines, from August 2012 to April 2013. Mr. Campbell served as Non-Executive Chairman of Textron Inc. from December 2009 to August 2010 and served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Textron from February 1999 through November 2009. Mr. Campbell is on the Board of Trustees of Noblis, Inc., is a director of Sensata Technologies Holding N.V., and is a member of The Business Council.
