New IME Grant Management System
Bristol-Myers Squibb has moved to a new Independent Medical Education Grants Management System (CyberGrants) effective Wednesday, July 2, 2014. The new system will enable you to more easily track the status of your requests and communicate with BMS through a secure portal for requests for additional information about your applications, contracting, outcomes and eventually, Sunshine Act reporting.
What you should do to make the transition smooth:
- Click here to access the training materials that provide information on how the new system works.
- Create an applicant account and password for the new system. (You don’t need to do this until you are ready to submit a new request, but the system will be open for you to familiarize yourself with our new application system.)
At this point, no further action is required on your part for any existing requests that you have submitted through our old request system with regard to this transition. If any additional information is required, you will be informed through an email.
Metabolic IME Grants
Recently, Bristol-Myers Squibb divested ownership of its Metabolic interests, and those interests were acquired by AstraZeneca. As a result, Bristol-Myers Squibb will no longer be accepting new Metabolic-related medical education grant applications. If you are interested in applying for a grant in this area, you may consider contacting the AstraZeneca Medical Education Grants Office:
