As of December, 2013, grant making for the Together on Diabetes initiative has ended. No further grants will be made under this initiative in the United States, China or India.

With over $57 million committed to 35 grantees across the three target countries, the Foundation will continue to work with its grantees and partners to ensure the success of ongoing implementation and program support projects. Through the Morehouse School of Medicine/Bristol-Myers Squibb Foundation Partnership for Health Equity in Diabetes, lessons learned, stories and tools emerging from grantee projects are being made accessible to the broader diabetes, primary care, health policy and health equity communities of practice.
