The role will engage the appropriate IT and global matrix teams to provide expertise for delivery and to comprehensively understand digital capability needs focusing on portfolio and project planning and the increasing demand for digital capabilities across Enterprise.  In addition, this role will support each IT Delivery strategic vision and collaborate to develop plans to ensure that industry leading IT technology platforms relevant to financial industry regulations, standards, best practices, and strategies, are leveraged.

Key responsibilities:

Provide oversight and direction to IT Delivery Leaders and ITBP Head for Enterprise focusing on operational financial planning, governance controls, portfolio management and benchmarking/metrics;
Responsible for defining and delivering a portfolio of IT investments and their outcomes that optimize value and cost;
Collaborate with IT Delivery teams to prepare Digital Capability Investment Profiles (DCIP) and Business Cases (BC) for Investment/project funding and shepherds through the governance process;
Collaborate with technical resources in the IT organization to monitor progress and ensure successful implementations in a timely manner;
Lead monthly IT Delivery Forums to provide IT for Enterprise Portfolio insight and analytics to the IT Delivery Leaders to enable prioritization and discussion;
Present quarterly IT for Enterprise Portfolio (projections, execution, metrics, deliverables and spend) to CIO;
Collaborate with Project Managers to review spend against projections and investigate inaccuracies;

Qualifications:

15+ BioPharma experience, with significant Corporate Affairs or IT functional experience
Leading change, prioritizing in a dynamic environment
Demonstrated competency in execution of multiple large projects simultaneously
Strong collaboration, delegation and interpersonal communication skills
Demonstrated competency in life sciences with a focus on relevant regulation, IT controls and processes to ensure compliance and security
