A strong marketer and leader to help grow our Worldwide Immuno-Oncology business in multiple priority disease areas: Head & Neck Cancer, GU (Renal, Bladder, Prostate), and Lung Cancer. This includes preparing the worldwide marketing strategy and plans to launch potential new indications in markets across the world.
Focus on particular tumors/ projects will shift as business priorities evolve, and will be determined between the WW leads to ensure manageable workload and development of individual on both strategic and execution-based projects.
This individual will collaborate with a range of key internal and external stakeholders, including but not limited to members of the development team, members of the WW access organization, the market-level leads and international thought-leaders and investigators. In addition, this individual will ensure brand and company readiness for competitive entrants, and work closely with the matrix team to execute on important milestones.

The WW Associate Director reports to the WW Commercial Lung/ H&N Lead but will also work very closely with the WW Commercial GU lead and the broader team.
Support WWC Directors in developing overall global strategy
Collaborate with key markets to deliver on the global strategy, including co-creation and development of the strategy with clear connectivity to future life cycle opportunities and launch implementation
Work with other functions, large markets and EMAC/IC Lead to drive rapid implementation of the global strategy
Provide commercial input into development decisions and optimization of prescribing information.
Effectively analyze customer insights, brand performance, market trends, & competitive response to inform strategic plan.
Build and maintain excellent stakeholder networks and relationships internally and externally to develop key insights and advance our business. Place customers at the center in addressing needs and finding business solutions.
Foster team effectiveness and accomplishment of shared goals by sharing knowledge, experience and insights.
Ensure business objectives and practices are fully compliant with relevant laws, regulations and BMS standards of business conduct and ethics.
Bachelors Degree. MBA or other Advanced Degree Preferred
Minimum of 4-6 years of pharmaceutical experience with a minimum of 3 years of marketing experience.
Prior Health Care Practitioner marketing experience with demonstrated expertise in customer focus, insight mining, message development, marketing analytics and excellence in execution.
Proven track record of effectively and efficiently driving performance within a matrix organization with strong organizational, interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills.
Demonstrated ability to develop and manage strong customer relationships.
