Medical and Educational Goods and Services (MEGS)
At Bristol-Myers Squibb, we are committed to supporting best practice and enhancing patient care within the NHS, by working in partnership with NHS stakeholders in a way which is fully compliant with the Association of the British Pharmaceutical Industry (ABPI) Code of Practice. It is our policy to provide healthcare professionals and others with improved information and access to the non-promotional Medical and Educational Goods and Services (MEGS) which Bristol-Myers Squibb provides, in an open and transparent way.
MEGS are made available to appropriate healthcare institutions or practices or organisations/associations of healthcare professionals wherein the goods and services enhance patient care or provide a benefit to the NHS whilst maintaining patient care. Examples of typical MEGS include educational and training resources and/or services, provision of therapy review services and nurse audit services.
Further information on MEGS can be found within the Grants, Giving & Corporate Sponsorship Support page
