Human Resources (2 Years)
Location – Europe Capability Centre, Chester Business Park

The HR Capability Centre supports colleagues and managers in over thirty different countries. The function covers HR advice, workforce administration, payroll, benefits, compensation, talent mobility, talent acquisition and vendor management. It is a truly multi-national department with team members from over fifteen different countries. This is a great opportunity to work in a world-class HR service centre. You will initially work as an HR Advisor, our HR foundation role, gaining valuable experience supporting our European colleagues. Later on, you will broaden your knowledge further by working in other areas of HR. You will develop your advisory and coaching skills as well as gaining a clear understanding of HR best practice. Ideally you will have a degree in Human Resources or equivalent. Fluency in German, French, Spanish or Italian is highly desirable. You must be confident, possess a strong customer service ethos and be able to communicate easily with people from different cultures.

Information Technology (1 year)
Location – Europe Capability Centre, Chester Business Park

The IT function provides support to our Sales Force and Scientific colleagues across the globe. We answer their IT related queries and provide technical solutions where required. Our team works tirelessly to ensure that our state of the art systems continue to run smoothly. You will be working in a team with an excellent reputation for its high level of customer service and first level call resolution.

You will develop an understanding of the role IT plays in a successful, multinational, pharmaceutical business. Working as part of a team you will develop your problem solving and analytical skills. The multi-lingual technical environment provides you with an excellent opportunity to develop your language and interpersonal skills.

We are looking for a customer centric personality, someone who is naturally curious with strong analytical skills and loves problem solving. You will have a basic understanding of IT systems and ideally have had previous experience of working in a customer service environment. This role is suited for a person with a fluency in at least two or more European languages (German, French, Italian, Spanish and/or Portuguese).

Graduate Opportunity as a European Sales and Operations Associate (1 year)
Location – Europe Capability Centre, Chester Business Park

The Order to Cash (O2C) team supports over 20 countries and is responsible for the end to end process from order entry to cash collection, working in close collaboration with the markets and other key stakeholders, ensuring the timely delivery of products to the patients. In this role, you will be dealing with a wide range of European based customers, from large multinationals to individual clients. You will have the opportunity to gain experience in order management, master data and credit control activities.

Working in a global organisation, using state of the art technologies, you will gain valuable insight into the dynamic customer order process. You will be part of an international team that consistently delivers outstanding customer service. The role is ideally suited to someone with a business related or language degree. You will be well-organised, a quick-learner, inquisitive and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential and fluency in a second European language, preferably German, Italian, French or Spanish is ideal.
