Cruiserath Biologics seeks to recruit Graduates for our Science & Engineering graduate programme. During this two year programme, Graduates will be accelerated to excellence completing a number of rotations between key functions with a science or engineering focus such as; Engineering, Manufacturing, Manufacturing Science & Technology, Supply Chain, Quality Assurance and Quality Control. Graduates will also have the opportunity to gain experience using Operational Excellence, a continuous improvement tool, in their day-to-day work. As one of our BMS Graduates you will gain first-hand technical experience of the biologics manufacturing industry, expanding both your technical knowledge and personal development. The programme also includes the support of dedicated mentors who aid and support Graduates in their transition from academia to the working world.

  • Passionate about the BioPharma sector
  • Minimum of a 2:1 in Science or Engineering discipline in level 8 or above
  • Energetic, collaborative and dedicated
