TYK2i is currently in Phase 3 development for the treatment of Psoriasis (PsO) and in Phase 2 development for a variety of other immune-mediated diseases (e.g., Crohn’s Disease, Lupus and Psoriatic Arthritis). This asset is expected to be a multi-billion dollar product over the next few years and will be a leading asset for BMS’ Immunology portfolio. The first launch will be in PsO and will be BMS’ first launch in the dermatology space in over 20 years. The ideal candidate should have some experience in dermatology or immunology and a clear enterprising mindset.
As the Associate Director on dermatology, this individual will support the launch of TYK2i in PsO. This will include supporting and being fully included in the development of the worldwide positioning, branding, core campaign and global brand book, pricing strategy, label development (US and EU), pre-launch & launch communications strategy and building internal capacity to launch in a new disease area. This role will also be responsible for leading the worldwide integration meetings that will be done to educate the key global markets. Last, this role will support the sampling and congress strategy in dermatology.
- BA degree or equivalent is required; MBA is preferred.
- 4-6 years of relevant marketing brand management experience ( some experience in dermatology or immunology is preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience in managing external resources, including Advertising agencies.
- Experience in conducting primary and secondary market research with demonstrated ability to derive key market insights.
- Experience in leading multi-functional teams to accomplish specific objectives and goals
