Because there is more to do

We care. We are listening.
Patient and HCP

Dear fellow citizens, families, patients, carers, and healthcare workers,

Our mission is to discover, develop, and deliver innovative medicines that help patients prevail over serious diseases. But we firmly believe it doesn't stop with our science and innovative medicines. As a responsible corporate citizen, we should always strive to do more to help support patients through their treatment journey and work in partnership across health care to enable this.

It all starts with listening. We want to listen to you, and therefore invite you to participate in the 'Because there is more to do' public feedback forum. We want your help in co-creating with us what more we can do to support patients and communities in Luxembourg.

Please share with us your view on:

  • How can we improve how we work together to support patients through their treatment journey?
  • What gaps are there in patient support initiatives and where and how can we help?
  • What more can we do as a corporate citizen and contribute to improving health in our communities?

This feedback forum is independently run by IPSOS, a market research agency, in the form of a questionnaire, so please feel free to comment on any aspect of our work and your experience with health care, medicines, or treatments. Your input is anonymous; you do not need to provide your name and your identity will not be tracked. We welcome your open and honest feedback.

Once the feedback is completed, we commit to sharing with you transparently a summary of what we have learnt. We will publish a report on this site early next year, and we will debate the findings with stakeholders in the healthcare sector to determine what we will do.

We are hoping your perspectives and ideas will inspire new patient and community programmes in Luxembourg, and we commit to turning your thinking into a meaningful initiative.

No one company can help alone; it is together that we can make a difference. To us this means listening carefully to your needs and perspective and to use this feedback to inform how we conduct ourselves and focus on supporting patients and societal needs.
