Key role accountabilities include, but are not limited to:
- Develop and roll-out sales competence model, identify sales competence level and develop
- Deliver sales training curriculum, classes/workshops, content and tools that effectively build key salesforce capabilities and behaviors.
Develop and monitor metrics to evaluate the success of training and meeting interventions on an ongoing basis with BUDs to ensure delivery meets business needs.
Partnering with Sales Mangers to ensure excellence of field execution.
Lead and coordinate training components for sales/POA meeting to ensure sales-marketing alignment and quality implementation.
Work with business unit to ensure the success of new hire on-boarding.
Co-ordinate training delivery with external partners as needed.
Ensure ongoing analysis of field training needs based on current and future requirements of the business and changing internal/external environment.
Drive sales force effectiveness by analyzing root cause and provide solutions to internal key stakeholders.
Lead key projects to achieve specific goals and objectives while simultaneously managing training responsibilities (e.g. work with HR for company level L&D initiatives)
Skills, Competencies and Knowledge
Minimum of 5 years of Sales experience with a strong sales and behavioral performance history.
Strong marketplace knowledge and competencies in strategic thinking and business planning.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with matrix teams (Medical, Marketing, Sales etc.)
Intermediate knowledge of adult learning principles and learning design
Effective facilitation and presentation skills
Strong Communication, organizational and interpersonal skills, and proven project management experience
Ability to prioritize, manage and execute on multiple projects simultaneously
Bachelor or above graduate with pharmacy or medical science related field
At least 6 years of sales experience in pharmaceutical industry.
Training and SFE experience preferred
Relevant experience in BMS therapeutic areas is a plus
Experience of working with alliance partners is a plus

Fluent inEnglish and Mandarin
