Law Department Diversity and Inclusion Internship Program
Our Diversity & Inclusion Summer Legal Internship Program offers valuable career development opportunities to law students interested in experiencing the practice of law within a corporate law department.
During a 10-week period, students will have a unique and in-depth opportunity to work on client- and customer-focused assignments under the supervision of various members of our legal staff.

Our graduate and undergraduate Summer Internship Programs are designed to ensure interns gain valuable industry and functional experience, work on challenging assignments, and network with Bristol-Myers Squibb employees, while learning about our company.
The program features:
- One 10- to 12-week assignment within a business team; typically June to mid-August
- An orientation, including an overview of company structure, products and brands
- Exposure to senior management and business leaders
- An opportunity to work on "live" projects, with a formal presentation at the conclusion of your internship
- A mentor program
- Mid- and end-of-summer performance review sessions
- A community service event
