Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve results in line with the launch objectives for OPDIVO SC, OPDIVO/Yervoy for GIMEL indications and dynamic growth for OPDUALAG, while supporting overall company goals.
  • Prepare during the pre-launch period by engaging with key external stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, nurses and hospital pharmacists to build relationships and gather insights.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers related to OPDIVO SC and the assigned therapeutic area: HCPs (Doctors & Nurses), hospital Pharmacists, all stakeholders in the healthcare ecosystem.
  • Execute brand strategies related to life cycle management and market expansion initiatives for OPDIVO SC.
  • Demonstrate strong project management and execution skills, leverage prior market experience with NCM principles.
  • Have the ability to analyze and act upon market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions.
  • Drive commercial success through strategic planning and thinking.
  • Facilitate effective life cycle management for OPDIVO by promoting broad adoption of the SC formulation.
  • Act with urgency in securing the entrance of the OPDIVO SC in all strategic accounts, mainly in Athens (representing ~70% of national business).
  • Focus on all aspects of the sales processes, demonstrate personal accountability and commitment to achieve sales objectives and growth, provide in-depth product and disease area knowledge to customers. Effectively use different communication tools (digital visual aid, etc.)  
  • Approach all interactions with professionalism and integrity, flawlessly understand and implement the Customers at Center Company’s strategy.  Ensure business objectives are met in full compliance with laws, regulations and BMS standards of Business Conduct and Ethics. Be compliant with all BMS processes, rules and SOPs (standard operating procedures).
  • Maintain consistent contact with customers and deliver targeted number of calls as per agreed criteria create and implement specific Account plan i.e. objectives, strategic prioritization, identification and update of customer base and tiering.  
  • Gather market intelligence in-depth information from customers in order to thoroughly understand their needs and provide feedback to appropriate internal parties. 
  • Ensure open communication and share best practices, in close collaboration with the rest of the team. Give guidance and share expertise with the rest of the team on how to import OPDIVO SC to the hospital formulary of all accounts across country.
  • Closely monitor/address competitor activities in the field. 
  • Drive customer insights related to stakeholders, as well as understand the overall implications. Identify and evaluate new opportunities that can meet business goals. 
  • Drive communication of value proposition through localized messaging. 
  • Seek feedback following activities to understand customer needs, develop associated action plans to address needs. Maintain clear communication with customers regarding mutual expectations. Integrate market observations with strong commercial analysis to bring clarity to current and short term business issues. Be able to simplify complex issues and create actionable plans to address those issues. 
  • Leverage on innovative and omnichannel opportunities to target customer segments 
  • Interface across the organization and develop relationship in order to drive projects through to agreed timelines.  
  • Become fully knowledgeable of BMS tools and platforms.

  • Demonstrated ability to execute in a highly dynamic market, broad knowledge of the industry including suppliers, customers, and competitors, Deep insight into customers, networks, access and relevant departments 
  • Excellent communication, selling, influencing, coaching and negotiation skills, clear, logical and concise communication abilities to assist with one-on-one sessions, formal group presentations and written communications. 
  • Strategic thinking and solid understanding of core selling principles/ techniques, business acumen in assessing complex issues and determining clear strategies and action plans 
  • Listens/considers alternative ideas, viewpoints and encourages debate on others' ideas 
  • Capacity to grow, develop and learn from experiences, work accurately and conscientious 
  • University degree (BSc or other), MSc, MBA, or other is a plus 
  • Very good language skills in Greek and English

BMS has an occupancy structure that determines where an employee is required to conduct their work. This structure includes site-essential, site-by-design, field-based and remote-by-design jobs. The occupancy type that you are assigned is determined by the nature and responsibilities of your role:

Site-essential roles require 100% of shifts onsite at your assigned facility. Site-by-design roles may be eligible for a hybrid work model with at least 50% onsite at your assigned facility. For these roles, onsite presence is considered an essential job function and is critical to collaboration, innovation, productivity, and a positive Company culture. For field-based and remote-by-design roles the ability to physically travel to visit customers, patients or business partners and to attend meetings on behalf of BMS as directed is an essential job function.
