The Manager I, Digital Finance is a key member of the Digital Finance team, responsible for designing and delivering scalable business intelligence solutions that empower data-driven decision-making. This role combines deep technical expertise in SAP, Power BI, Tableau, and data engineering tools like PowerQuery/VBA along with a strong understanding of financial reporting and analysis. The analyst will work closely with FP&A and controllership stakeholders to translate complex requirements into intuitive dashboards, reports, and data models.
The successful candidate for this role will be someone with a focus on performance, governance, and user adoption, the role supports both operational analytics and strategic financial insights. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
Key accountabilities will include:
Act as a specialist in Business Intelligence focusing on above mentioned tools, partnering with business and finance teams to understand and translate reporting, analytics, and data visualization needs into actionable solutions.
Delivering scalable, efficient, and performant BI implementations while driving continuous improvement and ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and governance.
Support the finance aspects by enabling timely financial reporting and insights and helping to meet compliance requirements.
A minimum of 5-7 years of experience is required, preferably with exposure to Finance. The position will be based in the BMS’s Hyderabad Location (expected 50% in-person) with minimal travel expected.
Key Responsibilities and Major Duties:
Engage with business stakeholders through discovery workshops to gather requirements, define use cases, and assess data sources.
Translate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications, and recommend best practices, governance, and adoption strategies for the Power platform.
Design scalable and efficient BI solutions, including data models, dashboards, and reports; develop datasets, measures (DAX), and visuals to support insights.
Maintain data accuracy, integrity, and security in the BI environment; optimize performance of reports and dashboards.
Implement BI configurations such as workspaces, security roles, and sharing policies.
Estimate project effort, timeline, and resource requirements; define milestones and collaborate with project management to ensure timely delivery; prototype solutions and support UAT; iterate based on feedback.
Conduct training sessions and provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
Relationship management and teaming
Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, including senior executives, to gather requirements and drive adoption.
Facilitate communication between technical teams and business partners, acting as a trusted advisor on BI strategies and enhancements.
Conduct workshops and training; build strong relationships across cross-functional teams; be a team player while working autonomously and proactively share knowledge.
Risk management
Identify and mitigate risks associated with data quality, accuracy, security, and compliance within the BI environment.
Ensure adherence to internal controls, regulatory standards, and governance guidelines; escalate issues proactively and manage through ambiguity and change.

BMS has an occupancy structure that determines where an employee is required to conduct their work. This structure includes site-essential, site-by-design, field-based and remote-by-design jobs. The occupancy type that you are assigned is determined by the nature and responsibilities of your role:
Site-essential roles require 100% of shifts onsite at your assigned facility. Site-by-design roles may be eligible for a hybrid work model with at least 50% onsite at your assigned facility.
