Als Product Specialist Kardiomyopathie (m/w/d) bist Du verantwortlich für den Verkauf unseres innovativen kardiologischen Produktes in Kliniken & Praxen auf allen Ebenen.
Du entwickelst ein tiefgehendes Verständnis von Stakeholdern und Netzwerken Deiner Klinik- & Praxis- Accounts und analysierst, welche Wege Patienten in Deiner Region von ersten Symptomen bis zur Diagnose und Therapieeinstellung durchlaufen und welche Bedürfnisse unsere Kunden haben.
Du berätst Ärzte auf fachlich fundierter Augenhöhe und beherrschst das Spektrum moderner Verkaufstechniken, Omnichannel Strategien und digitaler Kanäle. Qualifikation für die Position:
- Du hast bereits Erfahrung in der Kardiologie im Klinik- und Praxisvertrieb gesammelt

Position Summary:
The Associate Director Supplier Relationship Manager (SRM) is accountable for overall relationship management and operational oversight of one or more contract manufacturing organizations (CMOs) used in the manufacture of cell therapy materials and products. A primary focus is leadership of virtual plant teams (VPTs) and other virtual matrix teams that interface closely with the BMS external manufacturing network and internal stakeholders, to ensure flawless execution of the BMS vision. The SRM acts as a manufacturing site lead and is accountable for the performance of the virtual matrix team and CMO(s) under her / his responsibility.
The SRM is a leader with the breadth of professional experience and the drive to work with both internal and CMOs to define and implement cell therapy manufacturing strategies and plans. She / he is responsible for partnering with Strategic Sourcing & Procurement to ensure that the right network partners are identified at the right time and managed to assure robust supply of BMS cell and gene therapy products.
The SRM must have proven experience in implementation of strategic initiatives in a dynamic business environment, a solid technical operational background, and understand the challenges and impact of identifying, selecting, and managing CMO partners. She / he must be able to adapt to risks/changes associated with the highly novel technologies and distill trade-off decisions into recommendations for escalation to leadership/negotiation with CMOs, to meet the BMS program objectives.
Acting as the relationship manager and the primary point of contact with the CMO’s management, the SRM is ultimately responsible for the CMO’s performance and for successful execution of the vector manufacturing strategy at the CMO site(s).
The SRM may serve as an ‘asset owner’, acting as Cell Therapy External Manufacturing’s representative for the product with key stakeholders across the cell therapy enterprise. In this role, the SRM is responsible for interacting with product leads, GO teams and other stakeholders in development of strategies that impact external manufacturing.
The SRM is a leader with a demonstrated track record of success in a highly matrixed and cross-functional organization, with a high level of independence and empowerment to deliver against strategic program goals.
Primary Responsibilities
- Responsible for overall supplier governance for vendors within remit. Develops and maintains strong strategic relationships with the CMOs to ensure the best outcomes for BMS cell therapy assets, both short and long-term.
- Leads virtual plant and other matrix teams where cross-functional team members are accountable for prioritization and execution of external manufacturing strategies.
- Assures delivery of commercial supply that meets quality, compliance, schedule and budget expectations through proactive identification and mitigation of supply risks, ensuring on-time closure of deviations, change controls, corrective action plans, etc. Includes management of performance expectations and business critical issues escalation.
- Partners closely with Cell Therapy Development, Strategic Sourcing & Procurement, & Global Manufacturing Science & Technology to implement sustainable continuous improvement plans and manufacturing strategies.
- Has overall responsibility for technology transfers to CDMOs under his/her responsibility, including all operations and business processes to ensure support for the technology transfer team.
- Partners closely with Strategic Sourcing & Procurement throughout all phases of the supplier selection process. Provide business insight for negotiation and execution of contractual documents with CMOs with focus on creating the agility, flexibility, and risk-sharing frameworks to support the fluidity associated with novel technologies. Acts as contract monitor for existing agreements.
- Partner with CMOs and internal stakeholders to draft, manage, and deliver on annual CMO performance targets, and operating budget. Compiles and maintains the short- and long-term budget for activities related to the CMO(s) under her / his responsibility.
- In collaboration with other Cell Therapy Operations groups, assures current manufacturing status is kept up to date and made visible to key internal stakeholders, such as Patient Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance and any other potential downstream operations.
- Partners with other SRMs across Global Product Development & Supply in a community of practice to share best practices, learnings and other information important to continuous improvement of CMO management processes and tools.
- Ensure alignment of objectives and priorities with GO Teams and CMC teams, representing the virtual matrix team and CMOs in strategic decisions for the program.
- Partners with internal stakeholders and CMOs to develop business continuity plans and support third party risk management programs.

Required Qualifications and Competencies
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, life sciences or related discipline. Advanced Degree preferred.
- MBA, project management certifications, or demonstrated knowledge of finance, project management, and continuous improvement practices a plus.
- >7 years of experience working in biopharmaceutical manufacturing, supply chain, or pharmaceutical development with at least 3 years of experience in manufacturing operations and/or external manufacturing. Experience with aseptic processing techniques a plus.
- Experience in commercialization of new assets, through launch, and management of post-approval changes a plus.
- Ability to lead matrix teams and to work effectively with cross-functional & multi-location teams.
- Experience working in and with multiple geographies preferred.
- Ability to establish strong relationships and achieve success through collaboration.
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems with innovative solutions. Strong analytical skills.
- Able to effectively transfer complex knowledge regarding science and engineering procedures
- Ability to expresses one’s-self clearly and concisely, by adjusting style, language and/or terminology as appropriate for the audience.
- Experience in commercialization of new assets, through launch, and management of post-approval changes.
- Ability to travel on an as-needed basis.

Job Summary
The primary focus of the Assistant Production Manager, External Manufacturing role is to assist in coordinating and tracking manufacturing activities at specific BMS’s Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs). We are looking for a candidate with the drive to work with both internal and external partners to define and manage the ongoing cGMP supply of concerned products. The right candidate should have the ability to understand the challenges and facilitate cross-functional dialogue to determine impact. The successful candidate should have an interest in developing skills across the GPS matrix including operational, quality, compliance, and technical, along with project management and supplier management. The successful candidate will be a key member of the Virtual Plant Team (VPT) contributing to the broader External Manufacturing group activities.

Primary Responsibilities
- General and team
- Function as a key point of contact for designated BMS interests/activities at Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs).
- Build and maintain strategic relationships within the CMO organization as well as key internal stakeholders, developing a partnership approach.
- Live and support deployment of the BMS values.
- Act as a resource for CMO stakeholders on their requests to BMS stakeholders and vice versa.
- Production
- Provide operational support to VPT / SRMs to ensure all deliverables meet or exceed BMS requirements. This includes but is not limited to ensuring compliant and timely manufacturing, OTIF shipments, quality compliance and cost management) - be the BMS ‘eyes and ears’ at the CMO for flawless execution of commercial operations.
- Leverage BMS VPT stakeholders to provide guidance to CMOs and ensure cross-functional alignment on priorities and deliverables.
- Manage and track CMO performance prior to (preparation), during (direct oversight) and after (campaign summaries/reports) manufacturing.
- In close relation with CMO and BMS VPT stakeholders, lead, prioritize and track efficient execution and documentation of key activities to meet BMS requirements. This includes, but is not limited to initiation, execution, tracking and closure of change controls, investigations, and deviations.
- Identify and escalate business-critical issues effecting Compliance, Operations and Management
- Participate in regular staff and governance meetings to agree on priorities and tactics.
- Maintain and communicate list of unbudgeted and extraordinary charges for resolution with CMO and visibility to management.
- Project management
- Manage a portfolio of multiple cross-functional external manufacturing projects, with a focus on developing and maintaining overall project plan objectives and timelines.
- Collaborate with CMO and internal stakeholders to understand planned changes, set priorities, define required budget and resources, and manage the end-to-end implementation process including but not limited to change controls and impact assessments.
- Support product, technical and business process lifecycle management activities.
- Lead or support other CMO- or VPT-related projects.
- Performance and continuous improvement
- Establish a robust tracking and reporting process to ensure compliance with internal/external audit observation deadlines or other regulatory commitments.
- Facilitate collation of data to track CMO and VPT performance and compliance on metrics including but not limited to adherence to contractual agreements such as on-time-in-full (OTIF) delivery and release, spend/budget, product quality and supply integrity.
- Facilitate process improvement initiatives with CMO, VPT and supporting business processes.
- Track and ensure compliant and timely execution and closure of responses to audit and inspection observations or of other regulatory commitments.
- Create and maintain process maps and tools, maintain related SOPs and work instructions up to date, in collaboration with other VPT representatives.
- Collaborate with other VPTs to exchange experience and best practices.
- Support root cause analysis and risk assessments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related discipline (Immunology, Microbiology, Cell Biology, Engineering, etc.).
- Advanced degree in Life Sciences preferred.
- 3+ years of experience working in biopharmaceutical manufacturing, quality, or biopharmaceutical development.
- Background in a commercial GMP operational environment; sound working knowledge of health authority regulations.
- Solid project management skills and experience managing complex projects.
- Ability to expresses one’s self clearly and concisely, by adjusting style, language and/or terminology as appropriate for the audience.
- Strong leadership and an innate ability to collaborate and build relationships is critical.
- Ability to work calmly and make sound decisions in an environment of uncertainty and change.
- Flexibility to work shift hours required to cover critical process steps.
- Represent BMS as a leader when issues arise.

Position Summary:
Reports to the Director, U.S. Oncology Communications, and serves as an integral member of the U.S. Hematology & Oncology Commercial Communications team. The Associate Director, U.S. Oncology Communications will support both brand and above brand messaging and the development of integrated internal and external communications plans and content for BMS’ solid tumor oncology portfolio.
Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic communications and issues management counsel to internal stakeholders, and development and execution of strategic communications plans for U.S. market.
- Lead communications for a high volume of U.S. regulatory milestones, in close coordination with the Worldwide Oncology Commercial Communications team.
- Support market-shaping activities including consumer outreach and disease awareness programs.
- Work in close coordination with Commercial business partners, Drug Development Communications, Worldwide Commercialization Communications, Corporate Communications, Policy and Patient Advocacy colleagues to ensure alignment and support of enterprise priorities.
Requirements:
The successful candidate will be passionate about helping patients prevail over serious diseases. S/he will be a self-motivated leader with a track record of setting, driving and delivering against integrated communications strategies aligned with broader company objectives. S/he must be able to collaborate with mid- and senior-level leaders in the organization and have demonstrated ability to successfully lead and influence others. This individual will have a strong grasp of storytelling that can engage and energize employees and key external audiences, while fully supporting the company’s business objectives.
- A Bachelor’s Degree required, ideally in Communications or related field.
- A minimum of seven (7) years of experience in brand or corporate communications, public relations agency or related field. A strategic communications background in healthcare (e.g. pharma, agency, non-profit, academic medical center) is strongly preferred.
- A strong commercial focus and business acumen, including a solid understanding of the U.S. healthcare market.
- Expertise in strategic planning, issues management, internal and external communications.

Position Summary:
The TAS is a critical role in our unique customer model to execute the BMS aspiration to be the BioPharma that delivers the most impactful engagement with Health Care Providers (HCPs), driving adoption of new and existing medicines for appropriate patients.
The primary role of the TAS is to drive demand for BMS medicines within their portfolio for the appropriate patients. Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience in cardiovascular required.
- Advanced scientific degree and/or preferred 5+ years of pharmaceutical or biotechnology experience as healthcare sales / MSL / HCP / nurse.
- Must reside in territory advertised.
- Experience identifying, engaging, and cultivating credibility with customers across the patient care journey.
- Understands the patient journey and can customize engagement and deliver tailored messages.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate scientific and clinical data in an easy-to-understand manner to help HCPs best serve their patients.

Job Description
The MSL role embodies our medical mission to be recognized as the trusted partner for internal stakeholders and the healthcare community, driving scientific exchange to enhance medical education, data generation, insight generation and patients’ access to medicine.
The Medical Science Liaison (MSL) is responsible for identifying disease and product related medical needs in a defined geography. The primary role of the MSL is to develop and maintain relationships with Thought Leaders (TL) and Healthcare Providers (HCP) within their healthcare system. The purpose of their interactions is to engage in meaningful scientific exchange that will ensure patients have access to BMS medicines, to ensure their safe and appropriate use through peer to peer discussions aligned with medical strategies and needs expressed by external stakeholders, and to facilitate research. The MSL also serves as the medical resource for external stakeholders in the community.
External Environment and Customer Focus
Develop and maintain relationships with academic and community research thought leaders, appropriate HCPs, and access stakeholders, within a given geography to answer scientific, unsolicited product, and HEOR related questions. The MSL will use various channels for interactions (1:1, group presentations, remote, etc.)
Demonstrate proficiency in using available scientific resources and presentations. Effectively present information to TL/HCPs and be able to respond to questions, ensuring medical accuracy and compliance with local procedures, ethical and legal guidelines and directives.
Actively assess the medical landscape by meeting with TL/HCPs/Access Stakeholders to understand their needs and expertise. Continuously update own knowledge in treatment strategies, products, unmet medical needs, clinical trials, health economics outcomes research and scientific activities. Understand the competitive landscape and evolving healthcare models and actively prepare to address informational needs of customers
Identify opportunities to partner with HCPs on disease state initiatives, collaborative research projects, and investigator sponsored research (ISR) of interest and in alignment with BMS strategic objectives
Attend medical congresses and local/regional meetings. Collect and provide meaningful medical insights and/or impact by communicating these back to the medical and commercial organizations to support strategy development and business decisions
Contribute to the Medical Plan
Develop geography-specific Field Medical and TL Interaction plans based on therapeutic area objectives and TLs needs
Adopt institution/account planning approach and contribute to cross-functional
institution/account plansContribute to development and delivery of scientifically meaningful medical programs/projects in line with the local Medical and Field Medical plan
Provide Medical Support
Establish a customer-centric, compliant collaboration with cross-matrix field teams within assigned geography
As necessary and appropriate, support the initial and ongoing medical/scientific area and product specific training and provide key scientific updates to internal stakeholders (e.g. Commercial, Regulatory, Pharmacovigilance, Legal, HEOR, Value Access & Payment)
Provide scientific support at promotional meetings by presenting scientific and clinical data, by evaluating speakers and by giving support to BMS-contracted speakers (if applicable)
Participate in assigned Congress activities
Support Clinical Trial Activities
Support Interventional and Non Interventional Research (NIR) studies (e.g. identification and
assessment of potential study sites) to facilitate patient recruitment and/or discussions around the safe and effective use of BMS investigational products, as agreed with home office medical and Global Development Operations (GDO) and as defined by the study scope documentProvide recommendations and insights to clinical development team on study and site feasibilities within the therapeutic area based on knowledge of the field and through direct contacts with potential investigators, as agreed with home office medical and GDO
Support HCPs in the ISR submission and execution process and study follow-up as agreed upon with home office medical and GDO
Ensure that BMS Pharmacovigilance procedural documents are understood and applied by investigators of local studies, and alert appropriate BMS personnel to any identified Adverse Events
Actively support CRO sponsored studies as agreed with home office medical and GDO and as defined by the study scope document
Required Qualifications
Advanced degree in medical/biosciences (i.e., MD, PhD, PharmD, DPH, EdD, etc.) AND a minimum 3-5 years of MSL experience
Current MSL experience in psychiatry, mental health or schizophrenia with proven track record of establishing, maintaining, and enhancing effective and successful collegial relationships with external experts.
Knowledge Desired
Disease area knowledge and an understanding of scientific publications
Knowledge of a scientific or clinical area, competitive landscape and patient treatment trends
Knowledge of clinical trial design and process
Knowledge of the national healthcare and access environment
Knowledge of HEOR core concepts
Excellent English language skills, spoken and written

A minimum of 2 years working in a clinical and/or pharmaceutical environment
Prior MSL experience

Essential Qualification
Ability to drive a company-provided car is an essential qualification of this position. Travel Requirement
Travel required. Position is field based, MSL will be required to live in the territory which they manage or within 50 miles of the territory borders
The MSL will spend the majority of their time in the field with their external customers. Further requirements based on territory assignment and team needs
The starting compensation for this job is a range from $150,000 - $220,000, plus incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility).
The starting pay rate takes into account characteristics of the job, such as required skills and where the job is performed.
Final, individual compensation will be decided based on demonstrated experience.

Current MSL experience in psychiatry, mental health or schizophrenia with proven track record of establishing, maintaining, and enhancing effective and successful collegial relationships with external experts.
Knowledge Desired

Knowledge of clinical trial design and process
Knowledge of the national healthcare and access environment
Knowledge of HEOR core concepts

Ability to drive a company-provided car is an essential qualification of this position. Candidates must be able to drive a BMS-provided vehicle between locations (often great distances apart), and arrive at each location ready and able to enthusiastically and efficiently demonstrate an applied knowledge of pertinent health care industry trends. Candidates must possess a high level of ethics, integrity, and a responsible and safe driving history
Travel Requirement
Travel required. Position is field based, MSL will be required to live in the territory which they manage or within 50 miles of the territory borders
The MSL will spend the majority of their time in the field with their external customers. Further requirements based on territory assignment and team needs
The starting compensation for this job is a range from $150,000 - $220,000, plus incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility).
The starting pay rate takes into account characteristics of the job, such as required skills and where the job is performed.
Final, individual compensation will be decided based on demonstrated experience.
