Description de la mission :
Au sein de l'équipe cardiologie, l’alternant(e) aura pour mission de contribuer à la mise en place opérationnelle du Plan stratégique Produit, tout en s’assurant de l’excellence opérationnelle pour toutes les responsabilités marketing (développement matériel, livraison, respect de la stratégie, du positionnement et de la communication).
Le produit concerné est premier de sa classe dans une pathologie à fort besoin médical et en phase de pré lancement : c’est un médicament à fort potentiel avec de très beaux projets à venir !
Poste :
- Chargé de la gestion et du suivi des projets opérationnels en soutien de l’équipe marketing,
- Réaliser et valider des outils de promotion dans le respect des obligations réglementaires, juridiques et de conformité.
- Participer à la construction de programmes éducationnels,
- Analyse, réalisation et suivi des opérations clients (programmes RPs, staff, congrès...),
- Travaille en étroite collaboration avec les différents acteurs, en externe et en interne, pour assister l’équipe marketing sur les dossiers en cours : Ventes / Marketing Opérationnel / Médical / Affaires Réglementaires / Relations Externes / Communication Interne & Externe/ Juridique / Formation / Achats / Prestataires (Agence de Communication)
- Suivi performance produits, veille concurrentielle
- Participer à la préparation des plénières et sessions de training des délégués lors des séminaires force de vente
- Soutenir l’équipe Marketing dans l’élaboration du Plan d’action transversal
- Participer au développement du Plan Stratégique
- Gestion et participation aux congrès nationaux
Profil requis pour nous aider à faire la différence :
- Formation scientifique avec une spécialisation marketing/stratégie (BAC+5)
- Rythme apprentissage : cours du soir ou éventuellement 3 semaines entreprise/ 1 semaine école
- Intérêt pour le milieu de la santé

Position Summary
The Senior Auditor in GIA will work in a team environment to plan and execute dynamic risk-based audits and identify value-added recommendations to strengthen Company processes and controls. Audits will include U.S.-based operations, international Company subsidiaries, strategic initiatives, critical business processes, and key third-party outsourcing arrangements. Throughout the audits, the Senior Auditor will have the opportunity to interact with senior management and enhance oral and written communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Work collaboratively with audit teams to execute financial, operational, compliance, and integrated‑IT audits.
- Conduct planning activities to identify significant risks and develop appropriate risk-based audit procedures.
- Research applicable policies, guidance, and regulations to drive assigned sections of the audit with high quality and within deadlines.
- Leverage existing data analytics and assist with build and enhancement projects, when assigned.
- Interview key personnel to assess business processes and the strength of their control environments.
- Identify meaningful value-added recommendations for management to improve the adequacy, effectiveness, and efficiency of controls and related processes.
- Lead meetings involving various levels of management to effectively communicate audit status, align on significant audit issues and recommended corrective actions.
- Prepare clear, detailed audit documentation evidencing the results of actual testing procedures in accordance with BMS and the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) standards.
- Prepare audit reports, including clearly written, concise audit observations that effectively communicate identified issues and their related corrective actions to key stakeholders.
- Participate with the team in trainings and regular departmental meetings that include sharing best practices.
- Participate in departmental projects as assigned (e.g., audit lessons learned, training, continuous improvement, etc.).
Qualifications & Experience
- A BA/BS degree in Accounting, Finance, or other business discipline.
- A minimum of 3 years prior public accounting or internal audit experience, including experience in financial, operational, or compliance auditing.
- Knowledge of U.S. GAAP and IIA standards.
- English fluency.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to travel approximately 25% - Including international travel for up to three weeks at a time.
- Proficiency with Excel/Word/PowerPoint. Data analytics experience (specifically with visualization tools such as Tableau) and ERPs.
Desirable Qualifications & Experience
- MBA or other advanced degree.
- Professional certification (i.e., CPA, CA, CIA, CISA or equivalent).
- Experience with a Big Four firm.
- Experience in developing written reports and delivering presentations.
- Multilingual (verbal and written).

Description de la mission
Sous la responsabilité du responsable Market Access et en étroite collaboration avec les équipes transverses (HEOR, Médicale, Réglementaire...) :
- Réaliser des analyses sur l’environnement de l’accès au marché et du benchmarking (analyses comparatives d’évaluations précédentes en réponse à une question identifiée)
- Assurer et diffuser la veille prix et remboursement à l’ensemble de l’équipe
- Participer à l’élaboration des dossiers de transparence en vue de l’obtention du remboursement des spécialités enregistrées :
- Préparation des réunions de lancement,
- Gestion du calendrier de réalisation,
- Rédaction des parties du dossiers en coordination avec le groupe de travail cross-fonctionnel interne et l’agence externe
- Coordination de l’alignement des dossiers de transparence avec les dossiers médico économiques et prix (en collaboration avec HEOR et Pricing)
- Soutien à l’élaboration des stratégies d’accès au marché des spécialités en développement (analyses des avis de transparence des alternatives existantes, préparation de réunions de conseil avec des experts externes …)
Profil requis pour le poste
- Etudes médicales ou scientifiques + Master Economie de la Santé (Master 1 validé)
- Rigoureux.se, Curieux.se, bon relationnel
- Compétences analytiques et esprit de synthèse
- Anglais lu, écrit, parlé.

Senior Manager, Global Master Data, Scheduling & Cell Logistics

The Position:
The Senior Manager, Global Master Data, Scheduling & Cell Logistics team (SCLT) will be accountable for ensuring entry and accuracy of all Global Patient Operations (GPO) master data required for scheduling and monitoring of patient treatment schedules for Bristol Myers Squibb’s clinical and commercial Cell Therapies globally.
The primary duties of this role are to lead the team managing all master data required for new clinical trials, commercial launches, treatment site footprint expansion, supply network expansion, and increasing automation. The Senior Manager, Global Master Data, SCLT is also accountable for optimizing master data maintenance processes and maintaining strong relationships across the operational and data teams to ensure uninterrupted scheduling operations so we may deliver on our commitments to patients. This position reports to Associate Director, Global Data and Order Management, Scheduling & Cell Logistics.
- The position is office-based in Seattle, WA or Summit, NJ, with in-office attendance is required a minimum of 50% of the time.
- Evening, weekend, and holiday support are required on occasion.
- International and domestic travel is required; travel will not exceed 20%.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- 7 years of work experience, preferably in master data management, supply chain, scheduling, or logistics.
- 2+ years managing direct reports; experience managing teams and coaching and managing people managers preferred.
- Experience working in a regulated environment such as GxP.
- Experience working with scheduling applications or enterprise resource planning applications (SAP, Oracle)
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of 6+ specialists through managers in management of master data and related processes, maintaining a positive, inclusive, and professional team atmosphere.
- Manage given resources and identify new resource needs.
- Ensure direct reports and their teams are properly trained and aligned with team strategy.
- Understand and champion global strategy and the role of SCLT.
- Provide input into goals and plans to deliver on global strategy.
- Establish and maintain a trusted relationship with Global Master Data functions and BMS partners as assigned.
- Set and manage team goals aligned with strategy.
- Develop, manage, and communicate plans for master data activation supporting steady-state operations, projects, and process and system changes.
- Develop and implement processes to manage master data with quality and efficiency.
- Communicate issues and solutions with management and key stakeholders.
- Act as secondary escalation point for master data issues.
- Manage business continuity execution of master-data-related activities including. solutioning and overseeing action plans for master data issues impacting many records.
- Manage deviations, CAPAs (Corrective and Preventive Action), and other quality records, ensuring they are handled expeditiously.
- Own, author, update, and implement procedures and work instructions managing master data.
- Develop operational health measurements and analyze trends to develop action plans for improvement.
- Manage relationships with internal customers and cross-functional partners such as SCLT Senior Managers, Apheresis Operations Territory Managers / Team Leads, Patient Operations & Systems Integration Product Managers, US Commercial Launch Excellence, Franchise Cross Functional Operations, and Product Data Management.
- Act as SME (Subject Matter Expert) on global projects as assigned.
- Lead and manage Tier 1 (GPO or regional) cross-functional projects as assigned, providing regular updates to more senior management.
- Develop and gather endorsement for business cases for transformational projects driving implementation of GPO and SCLT strategy.
- Plan and facilitate all management meeting as assigned.
- Able to lead and provide cross-regional back-up support.
- Mentor co-leads of SCLT Superuser Community of Practice or another SCLT Working Group.

This individual contributor role has accountability for outsourcing management within a specific therapeutic area(s) and is accountable to manage clinical trial vendor partnerships that supports alliance and outsourcing management across multiple service categories of clinical trial activities in R&D.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as primary or escalation trial-level point of contact for outsourcing: facilitating vendor selection, managing SOWs, overseeing vendor performance and managing vendor budget accountability
Provide oversight to or drive outsourcing activities including interfacing with operational teams, support groups and service providers for successful selection, contracting and execution of outsourced studies while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, ethical practices, BMS outsourcing and procurement policies and procedures
Provide operational expertise and strategic leadership, support, guidance and training to study teams on all aspects of outsourced work and ensure alignment to related BMS outsourcing strategies
Develop subject-matter expertise in one or multiple categories of outsourced spend (e.g., CRO/FSP, central labs/specialty labs, technology) and serve as a resource to OM colleagues for that category
Oversee relationships with vendors in support of the Director of Outsourcing and serve as point of contact for vendor-related issues
Ensures timely and high-quality provision of external services to all BMS clinical trials
Ensures vendor commitments and timelines are met ensuring fulfillment of vendor obligations to BMS across all GDO categories including FSP
Ensure vendor financial and resource accountability to contract
Ensure alignment with other matrix partners such as Global Procurement, as it pertains to outsourced study execution, procedures, processes and vendor interactions.
Research best practices across a variety of industries and disciplines and translates into relevant actions for improvements within BMS.
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum of a BA or BS Degree in a clinical or scientific discipline (advanced degree a plus).
Clinical development experience of 5-7 years of relevant industry experience (pharma, biotech, CRO) required
Scientific, Financial, and business problem-solving experience desired
Experience with clinical service providers: initiating, negotiating and executing legal and/or financial agreements in the clinical trials environment- biotech or pharmaceutical industry.
Proven experience in managing key internal and external stakeholders (including senior leaders) effectively by frequently soliciting input and gathering and incorporating feedback into processes and driving change as appropriate.
Demonstrated understanding of the needs of stakeholders with ability to build and maintain relationships
Effective management of cross-functional, multi-cultural teams and demonstrated ability to work and influence within a matrix structure.

Associate Director, Statistical Programming, provides functional expertise and leadership to clinical project teams to lead statistical programming teams and support the development, regulatory approval and market acceptance of Bristol Myers Squibb products. This position is primarily responsible for the design, development and implementation of technical solutions for integrating, analyzing and reporting clinical data. Associate Director drives the development and implementation of innovative strategies and technologies for clinical trial programming. Associate Director, Statistical Programming, independently leads improvement initiatives under sponsoring of Therapeutic Area Head or Statistical Programming leadership team. They proactively plan, implement, and identify issues/risks and provide remediation strategies to facilitate decision making. Managers also lead the change management process (e.g. communication, training, stakeholder engagement).
This position includes functional management responsibilities. In this role, Associate Director, Statistical Programming, is responsible for managing employees: set objectives, manage performance, and provide meaningful coaching and feedback. Skills, knowledge, and experience
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in statistics, biostatistics, mathematics, computer science or life sciences required
At least 10 years programming experience in industry including support of significant regulatory filings and minimum 5 years of experience in managing technical professionals in a regulated environment
For US positions: US military experience will be considered towards industry experience
Proficient knowledge of drug development process, clinical trial methodology, regulatory guidance, industry standards, statistical concepts, and medical terminology used in the analysis and submission of clinical data
Broad expertise in statistical programming and in developing computing strategies
In-depth understanding of clinical data structure (e.g. CDISC standards) and relational databases
Demonstrated proficiency in using SAS to produce analysis datasets and TFLs and in using other software tools and applications (e.g. MS office, XML, Pinnacle 21)

Position Summary
The TAS is a critical role in our unique customer model to execute the BMS aspiration to be the BioPharma that delivers the most impactful engagement with Health Care Providers (HCPs), driving adoption of new and existing medicines for appropriate patients.
The primary role of the TAS is to drive demand for BMS medicines within their portfolio for the appropriate patients. To meet the HCPs expectations, the TAS engages them with a differentiated Customer Experience (Cx) through deeper scientific dialogue on and consistent with label, leveraging new ways of working and CE^3.
The role builds and maintains strong professional credibility with regional thought leaders (RTLs) and community-based physicians/HCPs in private practice, medical groups practices, office staff, and other stakeholders in the patient care continuum as their primary point of contact.
The TAS liaises with other BMS functions as needed to deliver an overall higher Customer Experience (Cx) – by meeting HCP needs in a timely and scientific manner. This role will prioritize the safe and appropriate use of BMS products while also focusing on overall business results and performance objectives while exemplifying BMS values.
The TAS role is field-based. A TAS is anticipated to spend 100% of their time in the field with external customers.

Required Qualifications & Experience
Advanced scientific degree and/or preferred 5+ years of pharmaceutical or biotechnology experience as healthcare sales / MSL / HCP / nurse.
Ability to communicate scientific or clinical data accurately and convincingly to help physicians best serve their patients.
Demonstrated experience building and maintaining strong credibility with key customers, office staff, and others in the customer influence network via a customer-centric mindset and desire to create positive and differentiated Customer Experience (Cx).
Experience in Oncology required.

Sr. Manager, Order Management
Cell Therapy is one of the most groundbreaking new forms of cancer treatments being studied today. The Position:
The Sr. Manager of Order Management will lead a team of subject matter experts in Order Management for ERP systems and processes. This role involves cross-functional collaboration with BMS global site stakeholders and third-party distributors. The individual will be responsible for monitoring and supporting the Cell Therapy ERP order management system, extending the order-to-cash process to upcoming markets, and ensuring a best-in-class customer delivery experience for our patient treatment centers worldwide.
- The position is office-based in Seattle, WA or Summit, NJ, with in-office attendance is required a minimum of 50% of the time.
- Evening, weekend, and holiday support are required on occasion.
- International and domestic travel is required; travel will not exceed 20%.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree + 7 years of work in pharmaceutical/Biotech industry.
- 2+ years managing direct reports; experience managing teams and coaching and managing people managers preferred.
- Experience working in a regulated environment such as GxP.
- Experience in Order to cash domain, Pharma standard processes and challenges including order initiation and management, order completion, invoicing, credit and returns. Cell Therapy experience is preferred.
- Must have experience working in Oracle, SAP, and/or other comparable ERP systems.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience managing others, including in temporary or ad hoc assignments and through matrix teams, is a plus.
- Must have strong proficiency Office 365 software, especially Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Responsibilities:
- Hire and Lead Order to cash workstream projects and market launches to support Global Cell therapy Order to cash operations.
- Conduct strategic planning to assesses the impact for upcoming projects on process, system, and resource planning.
- Monitor the automatic creation of documents including sales orders and purchase orders inside system and act on any exceptions that might occur.
- Build relationship and maintain constant communication with internal external partners such as a Production Planning, Scheduling and Cell Logistics, BMS Commercial organizations and Specialty Distributer to resolve any order exceptions to ensure on-time delivery and representing the business.
- Collaborate with IT Management and Vendor Managers to escalate support day to day operation issues.
- Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by setting daily testing goals, running meetings on testing progress, defect triage, collaborate with team to get defects resolved.
- Act as Order Management SME for implementation and modification of ERP systems at new and existing manufacturing sites.
- Collaborate with business partners for Order Exception Management and Cross process mapping, development and implementation.
- Collaborate with BMS Commercial and Finance teams to issue credit and resolve any sales order and AP/AR related issues.
- Maintain the Order Exception Management SOPs and work instructions.
- Collaborate with Business intelligence & analytics tool team to build reports and dashboard for Order Management team.
- Analyze existing processes and look for opportunities for continuous improvements.
- Lead and Mentor junior members of the team and empowers others to make decisions.

The starting compensation for this job is a range from $114,000 - $144,000, plus incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility). The starting pay rate takes into account characteristics of the job, such as required skills and the geographic location where work is performed. Position Summary
Fixed term contract - 24M.
As an integral member of the R&D Communications team, the Senior Manager Communications will manage and support site communications, employee and leader communications, content for local town halls and events (Site visits, panel discussions, global events e.g. Global patient week, country to country for patient event), internal communications (app. 75%). The person will also be involved in storytelling, development of messaging, elevator pitches, external communication activities e.g. media events, social media, developing internal content of external initiatives, creating awareness for BMS in Europe (25%) while supporting the Senior Director EU Science Communications.
This role is a vital contributor to the Boudry leaders as well as the R&D communications team and will support the creation and execution of the overall integrated communications strategy to create awareness for BMS in Boudry/ Switzerland as well as BMS in Europe. Stakeholder management includes liaising with relevant Site leadership members, Leaders of all functions represented in Boudry as well as leaders from Research & Development globally, Corporate Affairs teams, and agency partners. This role requires an “enabling mindset” and a “can do attitude”, skillful collaboration across all stakeholders within the BMS, writing skills, project management skills. Photography and video-skills are a plus.
The role will report to the Senior Director of European Science Communications. This role is an individual contributor and does not have any direct reports. The position will be based in Boudry, close to Neuchatel in the French-speaking, western part of Switzerland.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Senior Director EU science comms to elevate Boudry as an EU site of scientific excellence and to extend the reach of BMS science and innovation story.
- Develop and implement communications activities for the BMS Boudry global collaboration hub, plans and updates the BMS Boudry narrative, messages that support corporate, local, R&D milestones, and other activities.
- Create and oversees local communications calendar in collaboration with the BMS Swiss affiliate in Steinhausen and mailbox distribution calendar to ensure steady flow of communications that are well planned and timed with a focus on science and reputation building topics.
- Drives engagement on local Viva engagement channels, manages updates of Boudry Portal
- Prepare talking points for executives and mentors key BMS speakers for internal and external speaking opportunities at employee town halls, industry events and other forums.
- Collaborate with various cross-functional teams to identify, develop, and execute communications strategies (e.g. PBRGs People Business Resource Groups)
- Develop social and digital content for BMS-owned channels in CH / EU (LinkedIn, homepage, etc.) to promote company announcements, relevant stories to ensure information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Evaluate communications efforts based on agreed metrics and key performance indicators
- Swiss affiliate and EU teams as well as agencies).

Qualifications & Experience
- 7+ years of professional experience in corporate affairs, with a focus on pharmaceutical communications preferred. A successful candidate will have:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field, including journalism, public relations, communications.
- Past experience of working in a pharmaceutical or scientific industry. Agency and/or journalism experience strongly preferred.
- Proven track record driving employee and leader communications in coordination with business partners.
- Exceptional collaboration skills with the ability to partner effectively within the department and the business.
- Strong understanding of how to engage internal and external stakeholders with customer/patient-focused mindset.
- Superior writing and editing skills and ability to craft corporate messages and strategies.
- Proven strategic planning and project management capabilities.
- Strong business acumen skills, ability to think strategically, in a creative and innovative manner.
