Position Summary
The Associate Director of Biostatistics is a member of cross-functional Development teams and contributes to trial design, protocol development, analysis planning, interpretation of results, and preparation of regulatory submissions. With appropriate experience, the Associate Director of Biostatistics can have responsibilities for supporting a particular indication of an asset. These individuals develop collaborative relationships and work effectively with the Biostatistics indication/asset Lead, and other cross functional team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborates in design of innovative and efficient clinical trials, including the selection of study population/endpoints to address study objectives, and contributes to project development strategy
- Defends protocols and analysis plans at internal governance reviews and provides independent reviews of complex protocols.
- Independently authors and/or reviews protocol, statistical analysis plan, clinical study reports, associated publications, and other study level documents
- Presents summary data and analyses results, in a clear, concise, complete, and transparent manner
- Provides statistical support and leadership to address health authority request, publication, presentation, and other public release of information
- Manages multiple studies to ensure consistency and adherence to standards within an indication or therapeutic area
- Applies extensive knowledge of statistical / clinical trials methodology as it relates to clinical development
- Invests in developing knowledge outside of traditional statistical expertise in the clinical, regulatory and commercial environments with demonstrated application to study design.
- Effectively engages as a matrix team member on project teams, to act as a scientific and strategic partner in the drug development process
- Compliant with BMS processes and SOPs, adherence to global and project standards within an indication or therapeutic area and responsible for quality of deliverable
- Contributes to external and internal statistical community of practice
- Develops & advises team members
- Effectively communicates the GBDS Mission and Vision in a fashion that generates pride, excitement and commitment within GBDS.

Qualifications & Experience
- PhD (6+ years’ experience) or MS (8+ years’ experience) in statistics or biostatistics or related scientific field with clinical trials, drug development, pharmaceutical industry or healthcare experience
- Proficiency in scientific computing/programming (SAS, R or Python) and implementation of advanced statistical analysis, data manipulation, graphing & simulation.
- Great interpersonal, communication, writing and organizational skills
- Expertise in statistical/clinical trials methodology as it related to clinical development and ability to apply to relevant clinical development framework
- Good understanding of regulatory landscape and experience with participating in regulatory interactions
- Demonstrate collaboration, organizational/ leadership abilities, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrate ability to plan, organize, and prioritize multiple work assignments, and strong project management skills
- People manager experience is preferred (for people manager position only)

Functional Area Description
The Senior Clinical Scientist reports through the Clinical Science function which provides scientific expertise necessary to design and deliver clinical studies and programs.
Position Summary / Objective
- Responsible for implementation, planning, and execution of assigned clinical trial activities. Serves as Clinical Trial Lead for one or more trials
- Successfully leads, plans, and executes trial level activities for multiple trials with minimal to moderate level of supervision
- Provides scientific and clinical leadership to team of supporting Clinical Scientists (matrix leadership)
- Co-Leads study team meetings in partnership with GDO protocol manager; and collaborate with cross functional study team members
- May support clinical development planning (collaboration with Clinical Development Lead/Clinical Trial Physician for provision and analysis of data to support future planning)

Position Responsibilities
- Maintain a thorough understanding of assigned protocols and protocol requirements; educate supporting team members
- Plan and lead the implementation all study startup/conduct/close-out activities as applicable
- Evaluate innovative trial designs (collaboration with Medical Monitor/Clinical Development Lead)
- Protocol and ICF development process with minimal guidance; including writing, reviewing, adjudication/resolution of cross functional comments and ensuring high clinical quality (collaboration with Medical Writing)
- Site-facing activities such as training and serving as primary contact for clinical questions
- Activities related to data generation and validation, including CRF design, clinical data review/query resolution; ensure consistent, quality data review by supporting CS team
- Clinical data trend identification; provide trends and escalate questions to Medical Monitor
- Develop clinical narrative plan; review clinical narratives
- Provision of information required by Protocol Manager for development of trial budget, CRO scope of work, etc.
- Review development of site and CRA training materials and presentation at SIV and Investigator meetings and support on Study committee (e.g., DMC) activities
- Drafting/review and validation of clinical study reports (CSRs) and clinical portions of Regulatory Documents (e.g., IB, DSUR, regulatory responses)
- Collaborate and serve as primary liaison between external partners for scientific advice
Degree Requirements
- Degree in Life Sciences (MD, PhD, Pharm D, MS, RN or other scientific field preferred). MD in Pharmacology preferred.
Experience Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in clinical science, clinical research, or equivalent
- Proficient knowledge of GCP/ICH, drug development process, study design, statistics, clinical operations. Medical monitoring experience.
- Proficient knowledge and skills to support program specific data review, trend identification, data interpretation
- Knowledge of the establishment and operation of data monitoring committees, dose review teams, and independent response adjudication committees

Position Summary
The Senior Manager, Clinical Data Management is a leadership role considered essential to the sustainability and success of the BMS R&D pipeline. This role will report into Director, Clinical Data Management or Associate Director, Clinical Data Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Provides clinical data management leadership within the study team to align on and drive data collection requirements for one or more complex clinical development projects
- Efficiently plans, coordinates, and delivers complete, high quality and reliable clinical trial data in a timely manner for assigned projects
- Responsible for end to end clinical data management activities and serves as a primary point of contact for internal and external study team members
- Provides strong quality and project oversight over third party vendor responsible for data management deliverables
- Takes a leadership role to gather content and integration requirements for EDC and close collaboration with partners supporting other data collection systems (eCOA, External Data, Safety Gateway). Enforces data standard conventions and quality expectations for clinical data per defined processes
- Authors, reviews/revises DM related study plans including Data Quality Management Plan, Data Validation Plans, Data Review Plan, eCRF Completion Guidelines and other study documents to ensure quality and standardization
- Chairs Data Quality Review meetings with cross functional study team members to ensure on-going review of trial data currency, quality and completeness
- Represents DM on cross-functional project teams & submission Teams
- Lead or support the Health Authority inspections and audits
- Provides coaching and quality oversight of junior Data Management Leads
- May act as core member of the study team and provides FSP/CRO/Vendor oversight for end-to-end Data Management activities, manages data currency throughout the trial, and overall monitoring DM deliverables according to the Service Level Agreement (SLA)
- Provides the relevant support and input to continuous improvement activities within clinical data management
- Provides support for CAPA implementation as required
Qualifications & Experience
Degree Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required with an advanced degree preferred
Experience Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant industry experience.
- Project management certification (e.g. PMP) is desirable.
Key Competency Requirements
- Able to work collaboratively on multi-disciplinary project teams and develop productive relationships with external vendors
- Sound knowledge of Clinical Drug Development Process, FDA/ICH guidelines and industry standard practices regarding data management

Position SummaryWe are seeking a candidate with knowledge of clinical trials and the end-to-end management of biospecimens. You will be an independent contributor who will work closely with our Clinical Teams to develop and implement biospecimen management plan for BMS-sponsored Phase 1-4 clinical trials. Critical to this role is the ability to oversee timelines for specimen data delivery and thereby, enabling quick decision-making and ensuring BMS’s continuous competitive advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the complete lifecycle of biospecimens collected for clinical studies with minimal supervision.
- Clinical Team member responsible for providing shipping/sample movement and management including requests, query and inventory reports, follow up active issues with vendors, prepare sample management related reports, review/prepare tracking activities (such as vendor manifests/inventories, tissue/blood match pairing, depleted/non-viable samples, loading documents to Shared Drive folders, etc.).
- Independently reviews clinical study protocol providing comparison of vendor statement of work and biospecimen relevant sections and feedback with support as needed.
- Performs routine vendor management responsibilities. Able to request and/or access necessary vendor/system inventory files to perform specimen tracking.
- Able, under direction, to create biospecimen tracker using various tracking tools (MS Excel, Spotfire, Tableau or internal systems (if applicable)).
- Exercises judgment within policy and procedure boundaries. Troubleshoots routine problems and understands when appropriate to ask for guidance.
Qualifications & Experience- Minimum of 3-4 years academic, biotech, healthcare or pharmaceutical industry experience or equivalent.
- Basic understanding of clinical and biomedical research, GCP, GLP, CLIA, data management, risk management and regulatory issues.
- Demonstrated clinical trial experience, healthcare/medical/laboratory or equivalent.
- Vendor experience preferred (e.g., Central Labs, Bioanalytical, Biomarker, CROs, Biospecimen Storage Vendors, etc.).
- Biospecimen management experience preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to effectively communicate, create and deliver presentation/information/data to knowledgeable audiences, with limited supervision.
- Ability to adopt a biopharma enterprise-wide and entrepreneurial mindset, to act with a sense of urgency, accountability and integrity, and to have fun along the way.

Key Responsibilities:
- Portfolio Planning & Forecasting: Lead the development of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial plans for R&D Portfolio spend (grants, supplies and alliances), ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
- Consolidation & Reporting: Own month-end and Qtr. close narratives and variance analysis; synthesize insights into concise materials for senior leadership reviews, consolidating financials across therapeutic areas in close collaboration with the Hyderabad FP&A Hub team. Deliver timely and insightful reporting to R&D leadership and assist in preparing presentations to senior leaders and business partners. Govern high quality submissions across planning systems (Anaplan; Hyperion), ensuring data integrity, controls, and on-time deliverables.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze actuals vs. plan, identify drivers of variance and provide insights on financial health of the R&D Portfolio, analyze and identify drivers of spending trends and forecasts
- Business Partnering: Collaborate closely with Therapeutic Area Finance Leads, R&D Portfolio Finance, Portfolio Strategy and Operations, BI&T and the Hyderabad FP&A hub team to ensure cohesive financial planning and support decision-making.
- Process Improvement: Champion process simplification, standardization, and automation across the planning and reporting cycle, working in concert with the Hub team. Enhance digital solutions (self-service dashboards, data visualization, modeling accelerators) that reduce cycle time and raise decision quality. Drive simplification and automation of reporting processes, leveraging tools such as SAP, Hyperion, Excel, and Power BI.
- Governance & Controls: Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and corporate policies. Effectively partner with the R&D Portfolio FP&A team to ensure standardized guidelines are communicated and followed across the portfolio. Ensure relevant accounting procedures and controls are in place and operating, and all requirements for US GAAP are fulfilled.

Position Summary
Global Program Leads within the ICV Global Program Leadership organization are strategic-thinking, problem-solving, and action oriented scientific leaders who bring drug development and commercialization insights to drive a sustainable pipeline of innovative medicines. GPLs serve as the “point of accountability” for their assets and are respected, matrix leaders, overseeing multi-disciplinary teams typically responsible for the development of assets from later stage Discovery (pre-GT2) through commercialization. Key Responsibilities
Strategy and Execution
- Uses an understanding of disease biology, the drug development process (particularly cross-functional connectivity), and relevant late-stage challenges (e.g., trends in disease area therapeutic advances, and evolving regulatory, patient advocacy and market access environments) to create a vision for each asset, then design and execute effective development programs in support of the overall R&D portfolio goals.
- Effectively engages cross company expertise and utilizes advisory groups and governance bodies to define, revise and champion asset development strategies and implementation plans.
- Continually analyzes progress, engages in critical thinking, and asserts strong problem-solving toward delivering key data and interpretation essential for robust debate and rapid, data-driven decision making on assigned projects.
- Delivers high quality assets to commercial which have the potential for a competitive profile to address the unmet medical needs of patients and to provide favorable shareholder return.
- Ensures the process and output of the team meets established program standards (per PD&C Process expectations, within budget, on schedule, compliant, etc.), while also looking for opportunities to streamline development and enable continuous improvements without compromising quality.

- Participates in regulatory filings (NDA, BLA filings) as well as develops strategy for orphan drug designation.

- Understands clinical trial operational complexities from study start up through enrollment, quality assurance, and study readout.
- Has an active role in analysis and/or interpretation of clinical data and translation into scientific communication strategy, including publications, and commercial strategy.
- Understands and reflects the impact of VAP inputs (Early Access Review and DEX recommendations, commercial opportunity assessment, TOP / TPP requirements, and value drivers as inputs in clinical trial design.
- Actively supports Investor Relations and Public Affairs in managing external BMS communications.
- Integrates commercialization inputs and deliverables to design the late program strategy that enables approval of a meaningfully differentiated asset with potential to maximize asset value.
- Understands necessary commercial inputs needed to inform the end-to-end development process leading to regulatory approval and successful commercialization.
- Integrates market inputs (e.g., TPP, DEX/VAP, CI insights) into the integrated development plan, including, clinical plans and labeling strategy; Appreciates translation of clinical data into claims and considerations for label development.
- Understands and contributes to development of forecasts and investment scenarios, how to assess risk and conduct valuations, and implications for decision-making.
- Contributes to the development of brand hallmarks and brand strategy (generic name, brand name, logo, brand colors, positioning, messaging, campaign, segmentation, promotional strategy) understanding the relationship to clinical trial design.
- In partnership with Medical Affairs, supports development of KOL plans and engagements, and leverages KOL input in context of development programs and communicating evidence.

Position Summary
Leiden Site is seeking a dynamic team member to join a highly motivated team of Materials Management and Supply Chain professionals. You are comfortable in a fast-paced environment with a minimal amount of direction and able to adjust workload based upon changing priorities. You will be responsible for providing material movement and logistical support to internal and external customers in support of cellular therapeutic manufacturing during process transfers, routine production, and technology improvements. The Materials Handler will be adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), regulatory requirements and company policy while performing job functions.

Qualifications & Experience
- Relevant education or experience in Science, Facilities and Engineering on VMBO / MBO level.

- Experience with receiving, temperature storage, issuance, and inventory control practices including cycle counting, and rejected/expired material disposition.
- Experience in cold chain logistical movement of time critical and temperature sensitive biologics.
- Knowledge of Freight forwarder and courier direct shipments and associated documentation requirements.
- Use of material handling equipment – electric and/or manual.
- Flexibility to work a shift structure, on call hours and irregular hours (incl. weekends)

Position Summary
The primary responsibility of the Global QA Patients Operations Manager is to act as regional Quality Single Point of Contact. The Global QA Patients Operations Manager will ensure a consistent approach to the operational oversight of Apheresis Network Onboarding and Maintenance as well as troubleshooting within this scope in support of clinical and commercial operations in the region.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Support development and review of Patient Operations processes and procedures in support of Scheduling, Apheresis Onboarding, Distribution and CDP On-Site Storage.
- Support Quality Patient Operations liaison(s) to logistics, manufacturing process/personnel and associated apheresis and final drug product troubleshooting; provide real-time quality event support including but not limited to: decision making for apheresis collection, shipping patient materials, and chain of identity discrepancies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure robust handling and chain of identity standards are maintained throughout the product lifecycle.
- Provide Quality review and approval of training materials, internal and external procedures, apheresis accounts (JAMS), risk assessments, and commercial readiness documentation in support of Apheresis Network onboarding and maintenance.
- Provide Global Patient Services (GPS) system general support, data configuration approvals, SOP review and approval.
- Quality Operations and Systems Support including deviation management, change management, complaints, CAPA, compliance guidance.
- Support Key Performance Indicating metrics to ensure continuous improvement.
- Interface with regional clinical specialists and Commercial Launch Excellence Managers.
- Assist with compliance and other regulatory inspections and in developing remediation efforts and responses. Recognize opportunity for improvement, driving CAPA and/or change control.
- Model effective and constructive communication behaviors and interactions with technical departments both orally and in writing.
- Serve on project teams by providing quality assurance guidance and input regarding quality systems application and execution in support of project activities.
- Provide Quality representation and direction to Patient Operations and technical teams.

We are seeking a highly skilled Retirement Professional with a focus on 401(k) savings and retirement plan management. This position will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient administration, compliance, and optimization of our 401(k) program. Operational responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the operations, execution, administration, and operational communications of Bristol-Myers Squibb (BMS) benefits, including the 401(k) plan, Benefits Equalization Plan (BEP), and other retirement programs. Responsibilities include managing the implementation of new and modified 401(k) savings and retirement plans, covering processes, procedures, change management, system requirements, vendor requirements, and documentation. The position is also responsible for handling day-to-day operational activities, ensuring effective plan design implementation, streamlining processes, and maintaining adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements. Additionally, the role requires addressing, solutioning and resolving vendor issues, Tier 2 inquiries, escalations, ad-hoc inquiries, as well as ensuring the timely completion of audit requests and providing necessary information for compliance, audits, contract management, and governance.
This role will partner closely with Total Rewards Strategy and Service Delivery Management Partners, People Services Capability Center teams (including Payroll), Third-Party Vendors, Legal, the Corporate Secretary’s office, Compliance, and Finance.

Essential Functions
Subject matter expert for all US/PR qualified and non-qualified savings and retirement plans – operations and regulatory environment.
Accountable for the delivery of excellent customer experience and monitoring trends and issues that may impact the employee experience with the plan. Manages the operations and administration of the BMS US/PR Savings and Retirement Plans, including contributions, distributions, loans, withdrawals, vesting, payroll deductions, statutory and legal filings, coordinating with finance, tax, legal, internal and external auditors, and applicable vendors.
Ensures robust controls are embedded in each process and operating as designed; supports the implementation and adherence to SOX controls and compliance, audit activities as needed, ensures compliance for all plan documents and statutory requirements related to benefits, savings and retirement plans and programs operations.
Actively participates in the audit process and fulfils regulatory reporting requirements, including the non-discrimination testing, blackout restrictions and relevant financial reporting.
Liaises with third party vendor partners, payroll, and other teams, to promptly resolve operational and systems issues.
Documents and deploys processes for savings and retirement plan operations and service support, with process improvement and customer experience focus.
Participates in the design, development, testing and implementation of websites, enrollment tools, and other content and communication.
Responsible for development of functional requirements for savings and retirement plan integrations (files) between HR system, payroll system, benefits systems, ensuring data files are accurate.
Operationalizes the annual BEP/savings elections, annual additional savings contributions file, etc.
Acts as point of contact for escalation and resolution of Tier 2 queries, plan interpretation and appeals.
Responsible for ensuring internal processes are documented and updated versions are maintained.
Responsible for ensuring Knowledge Articles are updated and provide recommendations for content articles to resolve common questions.
Supports communicating change and develops and delivers ongoing learning/development of functional expertise of the extended People Services teams.
Collaborates with Benefit Operations teams in the implementation and standardization of operational changes, reports and interfaces to reduce costs and improve efficiency and client satisfaction.
Experience Preferred
5-7+ years’ experience in human resources service delivery, within operational/administrative areas in a highly matrixed, shared service environment, strongly preferred.
5+ years of experience overseeing retirement plan administration, with a focus on 401(k) savings plans.
Strong knowledge of ERISA, IRS regulations, DOL guidelines and other relevant compliance standards.
Experience working with third-party administrators, recordkeepers and investment managers.
Demonstrated deep functional knowledge of US Savings and Retirement programs, trends, best practices and recent legislative and other changes, required. Additional experience in PR preferred.
Strong working knowledge and understanding of SOX controls as they relate to US Savings 401(k) plans operations and administration. Additional experience in PR preferred.
Experience with system integrations, reporting requirements and specifications to maximize integration process efficiencies, strongly preferred.
Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders at all levels in the organization, preferably in a highly matrixed organization.
Demonstrated analytical abilities, attention to detail and the ability to successfully manage multiple competing tasks and priorities.
Experience coordinating large project plans using relevant tools and strong organization skills.
Knowledge and understanding of process flows, mapping and relevant tools.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within internal and external team environments.
Advanced/expert level MS Excel, required.
BS, BA or graduate degree in business or equivalent experience.
Ideal Candidates Would Also Have:
Experience working with: Workday, ServiceNow, ADP and vendor management.
Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) or equivalent Industry designation, preferred.
