Chemical Process Development (CPD) is a team of organic chemists, analytical chemists, and chemical engineers working together to design novel syntheses from raw materials to supply new medicines to patients. CPD scientists focus on developing safe, economical, sustainable, and robust processes to support clinical trials and the launch of new medicines across various drug modalities including small molecules, peptides, oligonucleotides, and antibody drug conjugates. Our work is driven by innovative science, data-driven decision-making, and collaborative teamwork. The scientific knowledge package from the manufacturing process, design parameters, and control strategies enables regulatory filings to bring these novel medicines to patients worldwide.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for route scouting and the design and implementation of safe, efficient and robust chemical processes for the synthesis of drug candidates with the overarching goal of gathering and determining fundamental process knowledge, scaling and transitioning such processes to manufacturing
• The role centers around the design and execution of experiments that are in line with portfolio program strategy. Based on experimental learnings, you will be responsible for analyzing, compiling, and sharing data with project teams and management.
• Develop the fundamental process knowledge needed to support the transition of such processes from our labs to clinical supply, to regulatory filings and manufacturing vendors. As a member of our process team, you will closely collaborate with our Analytical Chemistry and engineering teams to develop the knowledge and controls needed for the successful supply of clinical materials and characterization of key compounds.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Ph.D. in organic chemistry or chemistry related field with 0 to 3 years of additional related research experience or a M.Sc in organic chemistry or chemistry related field with 4-8 years of additional experience related research experience.
• Candidates must possess a strong background in the theory and practice of synthetic organic chemistry, possess excellent problem solving skills and demonstrate a thorough understanding of synthetic methods and reaction mechanisms.
• Candidates will have expertise in the purification and characterization of organic compounds (Chromatography and NMR, MS, IR spectroscopy).
• Good oral and written communication skills and a desire to work in a collaborative team environment are required.

Under minimal supervision, the Senior Utility Technician is responsible for performing/providing/supervising maintenance, installation, and troubleshooting of mechanical/electrical equipment used in manufacturing, utility plants, warehouse and analytical labs at the production site. All work to be completed safely and to assure minimal impact to production while complying with cGMPs.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide Facility and Engineering support required for different utility systems and equipment, including air handling units, chillers, boilers, water systems, compressed air/gas and emergency generators.
• Contributes to the development and of user manuals, changes to existing .equipment/platforms by supporting installation per required procedures
• Provide technical support for equipment, ensuring continued compliance to applicable procedures.
• Creating/implementing maintenance plans and standard operating procedures
• Maintain pertinent documentation and equipment files, including drawings, O&M manuals, and service records in accordance with GMP record keeping practices.
• Guide and train the user and colleagues in the use and control of the systems and equipment.
• Supervise third-party technicians on maintenance, breakdowns, and projects.

Education and Experience

• Requires at least a MBO level 4 diploma, technical degree preferred and/or equivalent experience in facilities maintenance, metrology, automation, or related technical discipline.
• 8+ years total related experience in building maintenance, specifically including HVAC/air handling systems, heating/cooling systems, piping systems, electrical systems or instrumental equipment.
• Demonstrated expertise in electrical systems, process troubleshooting, and hands-on problem solving in a GMP-regulated environment is highly recommended.
• Direct experience working in GMP facilities, including a thorough understanding of GMP record keeping and documentation practices.
• Experience in GMP Facilities and Operations a plus.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Proven expertise in troubleshooting and repair of electro-mechanical systems and instrumental equipment.
• High-level troubleshooting skills and expert knowledge in electrical and process systems are strongly preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of Building Automation/Management Systems is a pre.
• Ability to work shift.
• Attention to detail and follow-through.

Position Summary"

We are looking for an experienced, results-oriented, and strategic marketer to join our strong team in the role of Associate Director, Targeted Therapies Marketing within the US Oncology Marketing organization.

This individual will be a key member of the US Oncology Thoracic team and will assist in the development and implementation of brand strategic planning, marketing programs, strategic positioning, and tactical implementation for BMS's targeted therapy portfolio in the thoracic space. Data and insights will be used to assess market potential, identify opportunities and barriers, shape strategy, and foster collaboration with cross-functional partners. This role offers the opportunity to directly impact patient outcomes and advance the future of oncology marketing for the thoracic portfolio. The position will report to the Director of Thoracic Marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead or support the development and execution of key HCP workstreams and tactics for targeted therapies within the thoracic portfolio

• Work collaboratively with medical, legal, and promotional compliance teams to develop and execute high-impact marketing materials

• Navigate internal review processes and work with external partners to ensure timely and accurate preparation of tactical projects in support of thoracic targeted therapy indications

• Serve as the primary point of contact with external agencies/partners (e.g., AOR) to develop HCP promotional materials and tactics

• Regularly evaluate competitive landscape and marketplace dynamics specific to targeted therapies in thoracic oncology

• Initiate and manage multiple projects, working cross-functionally with matrix stakeholders

• Interact with customer-facing teams to mine customer insights, leading to the development of professional promotional strategy and materials

• Drive market research and interact with top US KTLs to understand the current treatment landscape and inform key commercial decisions

• Strategically position the targeted therapy portfolio and incorporate new data and assets

• Develop and present leadership brand overviews to internal and external stakeholders

• Make strategic recommendations based on key internal and external medical and clinical updates from congresses, publications, etc.

• Work closely with other members of the thoracic matrix team (i.e., medical, sales training, sales operations, patient marketing, payer marketing, market research, portfolio marketing, and channel planning) to ensure successful and timely tactical execution

• Collaborate on digital and omnichannel marketing initiatives, utilizing analytics and insights to optimize campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required; MBA is preferred

• Minimum of 8 years of relevant industry (pharmaceutical/biotech or related agency) experience, with experience in oncology or targeted therapies strongly preferred

• Demonstrated ability to think strategically, drive execution, foster relationships, and build alignment

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a track record of effective and influential presentations to external and internal customers, including the ability to work effectively within a matrixed organization

• Initiative, creativity, and ability to work effectively in a complex, rapidly changing environment

• Experience working with and leading multi-functional teams to accomplish specific objectives and goals

• Experience in managing external resources and partners, including advertising agencies

• Experience in utilizing primary and secondary market research

• Strong organization and prioritization skills

Develops and implements strategic provincial policy and access plans to ensure funding of BMS  products across private and public payers in Ontario.  Shapes the Ontario policy environment to value innovative therapies and enable timely access to patients.  Partners with health-system stakeholders to facilitate the integration of new therapies, enhancing patient outcomes.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Design and implement provincial policy and access plans, including health system implementation considerations, aligned with Market Access and Brand plans to ensure overall business objectives are met
• Prepare the health policy and disease area landscape for timely access and adoption of BMS pipeline priorities, with the ambition of access at regulatory approval, while working closely with Early Asset / Brand Leads and Market Access
• Co-create health system solutions with provincial partners to overcome access barriers and ensure appropriate, timely access for patients
• Gain and maintain market access to BMS products by securing timely and seamless funding on public and private drug programs in Ontario
• Engage and partner, where appropriate, with ecosystem stakeholders (government, health system stewards, professional associations, etc.) to move forward key policy priorities
• Participate in trade association / life-science working groups to foster collaboration, advance BMS perspectives and industry positions on key policy issues
• Negotiate with Private and Public Drug programs in Ontario and other provincial health authorities, securing timely patient access that recognizes the value of pharmaceutical innovations
• Act as a subject matter expert on provincial policy matters, reimbursement pathways and health system specifications; playing a leadership role within the Canadian team to ensure corporate objectives are met.

Education / Experience:

• University degree (life science or business).
• A medical or pharmacy degree would be an asset.
• Five to seven years of field market access, policy and stakeholder engagement experience
• Prior work experience in government affairs would be an asset
• Proven track record in securing market access and advancing policy/health system changes in region.
• Successful experience in the bio-pharmaceutical / life-sciences industry engaging and negotiating with external stakeholders

Additional information

• Incumbents are expected to reside in Ontario to facilitate the majority of stakeholder engagement activities

Responsibilities:

Study and Project Support

• Serve as the primary point of contact for study teams members on the usage and development of BMS standards including, but not limited to:

  • Clinical Scientist for protocol standards

  • DB developers for collection standards

  • SDTM Programmers for SDTM standards

  • Statistical programmers for ADaM and TLFs standards

• Guide study teams in interpreting and applying end to end standards for implementation into a clinical trial (e.g. protocol, data collection, SDTM, ADaM, TLFs, etc.) for both global and TA standards helping them to ensure compliance to regulatory needs and alignment to industry standards.

• Participate in relevant study team meetings as a Standards SME and provide interpretation and rationale for standards components as needed.

• Act as a consulting resource for study team members regarding the validation of the CDISC compliant submission packages and relevant submission documents.

• Coach CROs and vendors on BMS standards and related processes.

• Communicate and reinforce content and interpretation of BMS standards to project and study teams, to ensure consistency in understanding and implementation across a project.

• Process clinical standard change requests for new or existing metadata, including developing a recommendation and implementation plan for the standards end-to-end as well as ensuring that the request is processed through the appropriate standards governance framework.

• Participate in Study / Submission team meetings, as applicable.

Global & TA Standards Development

• Contribute to/Lead the development of global and indication- or TA-specific standards, aligned with CDISC and internal BMS frameworks.

• Lead development of new standard forms and data elements across studies.

• Lead development of new protocol standards across studies.

• Lead development of new analysis and reporting standards across studies.

• Create and maintain global and TA libraries of standard metadata including but not limited to protocol, data collection, SDTM, and analysis standards.

• Create and maintain global and TA submission standards including but not limited to  define.xml, aCRF, and Reviewer’s Guides.

• Support complex implementation scenarios, including developing guidelines and ensuring Regulatory/CDISC compliance.

• Support/Lead harmonization efforts across Clinical, Biometrics, Data Management, and Regulatory functions.

• Participate in the development and maintenance of global and TA clinical standards including but not limited to CRF and non-CRF CDASH data collection, CDISC Study Data Tabulation Model (SDTM) mapping, controlled terminology, and other applicable industry standards.  This includes documentation of the use of the standard.

• Act as an expert on industry standards (e.g. SDTM, Analysis Data Model (ADaM), Clinical Data Interchange Standards Consortium (CDISC) controlled terminology). 

• Participate in industry working groups related to industry standards.

Governance & Process Management

• Evaluate and process change requests for new or modified global and TA standards ensuring that the request is processed through the appropriate standards governance framework.

• Support the standards governance framework ensuring timely and compliant implementation of approved standards.

• Support documentation and rollout of standards via SOPs, job aids, and training.

• Review and implement technical change requests related to standards, mappings, and macros.

• Act as a liaison between the standards governance framework and project teams

• Support standards governance committees, partnering with functional areas, organizing standards topics to be reviewed, and ensuring decisions are made in a timely manner, documented in meeting minutes and other forms, and implemented. Provide input and information to facilitate key discussions and decisions regarding standards use and implementation.

• Participate in the development of GBDS or cross functional SOPs, Working Procedures, Guidance documents, and job aids.

• Develop training materials and provide training on clinical data standards and reporting developed processes.

• May coach more junior personnel or contract staff, as required.

• Participate in/Lead strategic initiatives, special projects, and working groups contributing to business decisions and process changes.

• Identify and propose process improvements while maintaining a strategic focus. Share new industry standards, best practices with project and study teams, and within department as required.

Tools & Systems

• Serve as technical SME for systems such as Medidata Rave, MDR, SDTM validation platforms (e.g., Pinnacle 21), and SAS & R coding systems.

• Coach CROs and vendors on technical implementation of BMS standards.

• Work with standards management systems and software, such as Metadata Repository, Change Request systems, SDTM validation systems, and issues tracking systems, in the development of systems and processes for creation and maintenance of BMS standards, including specifications, mappings between standards, and checking adherence to these clinical standards. 

• Participate in/Drive the identification, review, evaluation, and implementation of new technologies related to clinical standards. 

• Develop or maintain clinical data transformation tools, including standard macros and programs. 

• Design and innovate clinical data transformation tools and systems.

Degree Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required

Experience Requirements

• At least 12 to 15 years of relevant industry experience with clinical trials, preferably with clinical data standards as a focus.

• Experience in Industry Standards (e.g. CDISC) in either protocol (USDM), the collection (CDASH), tabulation (SDTM) or analysis (ADaM) models.

• Experience with Medidata Rave (EDC) and/or Metadata Repository (MDR) and/or SDTM programming is preferred.

• Experience interpreting Health Authority regulations with a strong compliance background.

• Strong working knowledge of the overall pharmaceutical development process.

• Strong working knowledge of SDTM and the creation of data mapping specifications and annotated CRFs. Knowledge of requirements of define.xml.

• Experience in CRF design, query resolution, and general data validation.

• Good communication skills, high ability to communicate standards related issues, options, and their impact to project teams and within department.

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment with medical personnel, study managers, project managers, clinical monitors, data managers, programmers, and statisticians

Job Summary

The Regulatory Portfolio Manager partners with Regulatory Leads and wider Global Regulatory Sub-Team to deliver and execute the optimal regulatory strategy for assigned assets. The role reports directly to a Group Leader in Regulatory Portfolio Management.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with the Global Regulatory Lead (GRL) and wider Global Regulatory Sub-Team (GRST) to deliver and execute the optimal regulatory strategy for assigned asset(s):
• Co-lead GRST meetings in alignment with the GRS Culture Playbook to ensure high quality discussions & decisions; diligent follow-up with sub-team members to uphold accountabilities and drive decision making
• Develop and maintain the asset’s global regulatory book of work and Global Submission Plan including:
• Tracking key regulatory milestones as defined by the GRST., health authority meetings, post-approval commitments, annual reports, etc.
• Liaise cross-functionally to generate periodic internal milestone reports
• Maintaining global submission plans including oversight of the interdependencies across regions for timely execution aligned with the asset’s priorities
• Communicate status and timeline changes
• Provide operational support to the GRL on strategic global regulatory documents including the Regulatory Strategy Plan
• Co-ordinate the rapid response process to ensure quality and timely responses to health authority queries globally
• Review prior health authority queries to guide response development
• Represent the Global Regulatory Lead in team as needed
• Partner with the US Regulatory Lead to:
• Co-ordinate preparation of regulatory components for US submissions and author assigned m1 documents
• Support and co-ordinate preparations for FDA meetings
• Provide additional support e.g., precedent analysis

Regulatory Portfolio Managers may also:

Site-essential roles require 100% of shifts onsite at your assigned facility. Site-by-design roles may be eligible for a hybrid work model with at least 50% onsite at your assigned facility. 客户管理与维护：

•      根据品牌策略与公司目标确定辖区内的目标客户并进行分级管理，制定相应的客户拜访计划与日常实施。

•      通过高水准的专业拜访和多渠道的学术活动，不断提高客户的满意度,并建立长久良好的合作关系。

项目管理与执行：

•      基于公司的业务目标，负责辖区内的学术等活动开展、执行并跟进效果。
