Position Summary:
The TAS is a critical role in our unique customer model to execute the BMS aspiration to be the BioPharma that delivers the most impactful engagement with Health Care Providers (HCPs), driving adoption of new and existing medicines for appropriate patients.
The primary role of the TAS is to drive demand for BMS medicines within their portfolio for the appropriate patients. To meet the HCPs expectations, the TAS engages them with a differentiated Customer Experience (Cx) through deeper scientific dialogue on and consistent with label, leveraging new ways of working and CE^3.
The role builds and maintains strong professional credibility with regional thought leaders (RTLs) and community-based physicians/HCPs in private practice, medical groups practices, office staff, and other stakeholders in the patient care continuum as their primary point of contact.
The TAS liaises with other BMS functions as needed to deliver an overall higher Customer Experience (Cx) – by meeting HCP needs in a timely and scientific manner. This role will prioritize the safe and appropriate use of BMS products while also focusing on overall business results and performance objectives while exemplifying BMS values.
The TAS role is field based. A TAS is anticipated to spend 100% of their time in the field with external customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Portfolio Promotion
- Promotes approved indications of BMS products within a defined territory or region to meet or exceed assigned sales targets in a compliant manner.
- Creates demand for BMS medicines by articulating in a balanced manner the clinical and scientific rationale for use of products in appropriate patients.
- Engages with and continuously maintains/grows a high level of scientific expertise in all assigned products and therapeutic areas.
- Prepares and successfully implements comprehensive territory and account plans.
- Proactively uses available tools such as CE^3 (once implemented) to derive insights and to dynamically inform call plans. Provides feedback on experience using these tools to leadership to enable continuous improvement.
Fair & Balanced Scientific Dialogue:
- Demonstrates scientific expertise and passion in using approved scientific resources and publications to present information to HCPs and ensures medical accuracy.
- Conducts in-office presentations (e.g., lunch and learns) and discusses product-related scientific information with HCPs that is consistent with label.
- Organizes external speaker programs, selecting speakers from list approved by Speakers Bureau and facilitating scheduling and logistics.
- Maintains a high level of working expertise on emerging data for approved indications.
- Engages real-time medical support through Medical on Call to reactively answer unsolicited questions and complex technical inquiries.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Proactively collaborates with other field teams to ensure the best Customer Experience (Cx) for HCPs.
- Gathers and shares relevant insights and information internally with the appropriate stakeholders to enable BMS to better serve its customers.
- Complies with all laws, regulations, and policies that govern the conduct of BMS.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Advanced scientific degree and/or preferred 5+ years of pharmaceutical or biotechnology experience as healthcare sales / MSL / HCP / nurse.
- Ability to communicate scientific or clinical data accurately and convincingly to help physicians best serve their patients.
- Demonstrated experience building and maintaining strong credibility with key customers, office staff, and others in the customer influence network via a customer-centric mindset and desire to create positive and differentiated Customer Experience (Cx).
- Experience in Oncology is preferred.
- Demonstrated strong capability in account management skill sets, superior selling competencies, and proven sales performance track record of meeting or exceeding goals.

The starting compensation range(s) for this role are listed above for a full-time employee (FTE) basis. Additional incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility) may be available. Portfolio Promotion
Promotes approved indications of BMS products within a defined territory or region to meet or exceed assigned sales targets in a compliant manner.

Required Qualifications & Experience
Advanced scientific degree and/or preferred 5+ years of pharmaceutical or biotechnology experience as healthcare sales / MSL / HCP / nurse.

Experience in Oncology required.

We are seeking a Director of Global Customs & Trade Compliance to lead our customs strategy and ensure adherence to international trade regulations. This leadership role oversees the BI&T-GPS Data Engineering Team, ensuring that data is available for downstream consumption by analytics systems, processes and personnel. The Associate Director will be responsible for leading a team of BI&T-GPS data engineers in strategizing, building and operationalizing data pipelines, working in close partnership with other BI&T leaders and GPS stakeholders. Build and manage a high-performing Data Engineering team:
Direct management of 2-4 technology professionals in the USA or Europe
Matrix leadership of other technology professionals from the worldwide BI&T-GPS Team.

Requirements
Professional Experience
10+ years of progressive experience in Information Technology, data analytics, or pharmaceutical/healthcare industries, with a proven track record of visionary leadership and innovation.
5+ years in a leadership role managing teams or delivering IT or analytics programs.
Hands-on experience with SDLC methodologies, including DevOps, Agile, and Waterfall, in regulated environments.
Proven track record of managing complex projects, including resource allocation.
Experience with biopharma product development, manufacturing operations, supply chain, or quality controls is a significant plus.
Technical Expertise
Significant experience with programming languages relevant to managing data pipelines (e.g. Python, Java, Scala).
Experience with Databricks or similar platform preferred.
Experience with cloud computing environments and services, preferably AWS.
Significant experience with ELT processes, with an emphasis on building high performance data layers (Data and Analytics Engineering).
Experience with DevOps principles for CI/CD.
Experience with data streaming technologies, such as Kafka.
Proficiency with a modern suite of analytics tools and technologies, including GitHub, SQL, R, dbt, Domino, Tableau etc. (Analytics Development)
Experience with building and operationalizing predictive models, simulation, optimization frameworks and AI solutions is a plus (Analytics Ops)
Experience with graph database technology is a plus.

Duties/Responsibilities
- Supervises and coordinates the work assignments and performance of Regional Clinical Operations staff inclusive of Clinical Trial Managers (CTMs), Outsourced Clinical Trial Managers(OCTMs), Clinical Research Associate (CRAs), Country Coordinator (CCs), Site Contract Leads (SCLs) and/or Trial Managers Late Development to ensure timely execution consistent with R&D and local research goals and priorities.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated ability to drive project related activities.
- Previous supervisory and/or leadership experience (i.e. participation in task force, initiative or cross functional team).
- Previous resource allocation experience preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Modelling, Security & Governance: Design and enhance Adaptive Planning models (sheets, dimensions, attributes, versions, assumptions) to support top‑down and bottom‑up workforce planning, scenario analysis, and budget/forecast cycles. Implement robust security, including role‑based permissions, level and version access, and security groups; ensure compliance with enterprise standards. Establish governance and change control for model updates, assumptions, and integration schedules, aligning with enterprise SDLC and release processes.
- Integration & Data Management: Develop and maintain integrations between Workday HCM/Financials and Adaptive Planning, ensuring timely, accurate data flows for headcount, compensation, organizational dimensions, and planning versions. Coordinate cross‑system interfaces (e.g., payroll, benefits, time & attendance) that influence planning assumptions; ensure upstream/downstream data quality and reconciliation. Maintain comprehensive documentation (process flows, technical specs, mapping, runbooks) for Adaptive Planning integrations and models.
- Testing, Release & Stakeholder Enablement: Own testing and deployment (unit, system, UAT, regression) for integrations and Adaptive Planning changes; coordinate with business and technical stakeholders to ensure thorough, traceable testing. Provide stakeholder training and enablement, including model walkthroughs, report usage, and versioning practices; support adoption via clear guidance and job aids.Monitor and optimize performance, usage, and data latency; drive continuous improvement in calculation logic, model structure, and integration throughput.
- Platform Currency & Innovation: Stay current on Workday releases (Adaptive Planning features, security, integration enhancements) and lead evaluation/implementation of relevant new capabilities. Champion best practices in planning, analytics, and automation; partner with HR/Finance IT to pilot innovations that reduce cycle time and improve forecast accuracy.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Finance Technology, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in HR or Finance technology with a strong focus on Workday Adaptive Planning (including modelling, security, reporting) and Workday integrations.
- Hands-on expertise in Adaptive Planning model design (sheets, dimensions, versions, assumptions) and Security configuration for Adaptive Planning (roles, level/version access).

The Senior Manager, Quality Systems - Change Control and Quality Risk Management (QRM) Process Owner is responsible for ownership and oversight of assigned quality systems per established local and global standards. This local process owner is accountable for the overall compliance and performance of the Change Control and QRM processes as they apply to the site level, including periodic assessments of process performance and continuous improvement opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Own and maintain the Devens Cell Therapy site Change Control systems, including the ownership and facilitation of site Change Control Review Board.
- Establish and drive Change Control governance maturity plans to improve site performance through data-based analysis and integration of management review through site Quality Council.
- Supports the administration and maintenance of the site change control system, assuring consistency with establishing standards for local and global change control systems, as well as applicable health authority regulations.
- Liaise with Technical Review Board, IT change management, and QA Technical Services teams to drive technical change management solutions.
- Lead complex problem solving to deliver compliance focused solutions through stakeholder management with local and global teams. Build & maintain strong relationships with partner functions.
- Site subject matter expert on relevant quality systems and ownership of site SOPs, Work Instructions, Training documents, and business process tools.
- Own and maintain the Devens Cell Therapy site QRM systems, including maintenance of the site Quality Risk Register.
- Establish and drive QRM governance maturity plans to improve site performance through data-based analysis and integration of management review through site Quality Council.
- Function as site Risk Champion and collaborate with stakeholders to develop appropriate actions to resolve quality system issues and drive risk reduction initiatives. Facilitate risk assessment activities as required.
- Promote the development of a risk-aware culture at BMS and ensure alignment of these efforts with broader Quality initiatives.
- Support front room External Inspection activities as site SME on relevant Quality System elements.
Qualifications:
Specific Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
- Strong working knowledge of Tech Transfer, Computer System Validation, and Commissioning and Qualification processes
- Strong knowledge and proven experience in applying risk management tools and methods (e.g., FMEA, PHA, HAACP, Risk Ranking and Filtering)
- Ability to research, understand, interpret and apply internal policies and regulatory guidelines
- Proficient computer skills, with knowledge of digital tools such as MS Office, and ability to learn and work with new software applications

The purpose of the Manufacturing Manger role is to manage and provide oversight of a Work Centered Team (WCT) whose primary responsibility is the execution of Cell Therapy manufacturing processes. The Manufacturing Manager is responsible to ensure their WCT members maintain a culture of safety, compliance, innovation, and Continuous Improvement within the Manufacturing Operations function. This position reports to Senior Manager, Manufacturing.

Sunday - Wednesday (with every other Wednesday off), Onsite Night Shift, 5 p.m. - 5:30 a.m.

GMP:
Is accountable to ensure their WCT members execute the manufacturing of Cell Therapy products according to Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP’s) following the current, approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WIs).
Safety:
Takes personal responsibility to work safely and to ensure their WCT members do the same.
Performs regular safety Gemba walks, knows the hazards associated with their work and demonstrates safe behavior.
Operates and maintains equipment to prevent injuries or incidents. Documentation
Is accountable for the Production Records produced by their WCT members.
Performs batch record reviews (BRR) or Electronic Batch Record review by exception.
Ensures that all documentation produced by their WCT members follows the ALCOA+ principles.
Ensures the documentation produced by their WCT members is right first time and all records and logbooks are complete and accurate.
Resolve documentation errors and corrections as needed to enforce manufacturing turnaround-times. Process Expertise
Is required to perform Cell Therapy manufacturing to maintain hands on expert knowledge of each Unit Operation, demonstrate what good execution looks like to new WCT members and when necessary, back fills for absent team members or makes up the execution resource requirements to meet the production schedule.
Further develops technical expertise of CAR T Manufacturing requirements. Resource Management
Is responsible to provide the Production Scheduling team with information (daily, weekly monthly) on the availability of their WCT production resources and tracks/maintain records of all team members actual availability vs planned or unplanned absence due to holidays, sickness or other reasons.
Is responsible to hire personnel that meet job description criteria and BMS values that meet budgetary and fiscal requirements.
Priorities:
Sets their WCTs priorities and adjusts as necessary to track the site and or functional priorities, establishes the WCT goals and is responsible to monitor, measure and assess the performance/completion of the WCT manufacturing activities and goals.
Reports out performance metrics and goal progress daily, weekly, monthly in functional and site Tier meetings and the site metric control plan.
Training:
Ensures that their WCTs have the appropriate level of training necessary for CAR-T GMP manufacturing in a multi-product commercial facility.
Accountable to maintain their own and WCTs training compliance at the required 100% ontime completion rate.
Ensures that their WCT members are proficient and qualified to perform the manufacturing tasks before doing so.
Monitors team training due dates and maintains the trained status of their WCT members by ensuring appropriate time is allocated to training activities.
Immediately disqualifies personnel from GMP tasks if observed to not comply with SOPs, Work Instructions, or batch records, including safety trainings.
Team Building and Development:
Is responsible to build high performing WCTs comprising of, Operators, Team Leads and Supervisors.
Recruits exceptional people, conducts interviews, reviews candidates’ suitability, and provides meaningful feedback to Talent Acquisition and HR partners during the recruitment process.
Is responsible for creating and maintaining Workday profiles for all new hired staff.
Is responsible for administering the annual performance review process, differentiating performance between team members.
Gives recognition when deserved and guidance to improve poor performance or behavior not aligned with the BMS values.
Conducts regular 1:1 meeting with each WCT member to mentor, develop and motivate them.

Works proactively to reduce the number of deviations occurring within the WCTs and is accountable to drive continuous improvement to prevent repeat deviations.
Prepares No Impact deviation records and ensures they are a clear and concise representation of the event and that all entries comply with ALCOA+ documentation principles.
Provides Area Management Approval for deviations within their WCT as needed.
Reports out deviation progress, maintains their deviation metrics, Pareto’s out worst or repeat causes of deviations and closes out all deviations on time.
Provides reinforcement discussion or coaching as needed to build WCT expertise.
CAPAs, Change Controls & Projects:
Participates in CAPAs, Change Controls and Projects from time to time as required by the business and directed by senior management.
Budgets:
Effectively controls expenses within their influence (OT, Supplies, T&E).
Meetings:
Is responsible to facilitate and lead weekly Tier meetings with their WCT using the site standard Tier meeting tools.
Is responsible for facilitating and leading weekly Performance Review meetings with their WCT using the site standard Performance review meeting tools and cascading KPIs/Metrics.
Is responsible for participating in the monthly Manufacturing Performance Review meetings (facilitated by the Manufacturing Senior Managers).
Is responsible for participating in the Daily Production Scheduling meeting to provide a summary of their WCTs training status and resource availability/constraints to be able to execute the proposed production plan in the day ahead.
Attends the daily cross-functional manufacturing meeting providing summary of previous day activities, successes, or communicating equipment outages or processing delays.
