Position Summary:
This role will report to the VP, Global Logistics Solutions (GLS) and is responsible for leading the GLS organization in the North America (NA) region, managing end-to-end logistics operations across multiple locations (including the PAF program in the US that reaches directly a significant amount of patients BMS supplies directly). This role has full accountability for In-Market 3PL management, regional supply points, and overflow warehousing, as well as clinical and cell therapy logistics. The Regional Lead will ensure seamless coordination with enterprise functions—including Order-to-Cash (O2C), Commercial, RCO, Cell Therapy, Customs & Trade, and GLS Global Services—to deliver efficient, compliant, and patient-focused supply chain solutions. Key responsibilities include overseeing final-mile delivery to patients and clinical sites for all modalities, driving operational excellence, and fostering collaboration across the network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the single point of contact to Market General Managers, commercial organizations and research and development leaders for ongoing and ad-hoc distribution topics with RCO, Pharma/Bio and Therapy internal stakeholders. Key market representation for Global Supply Chain.
- Coach and develop a team of high-performing employees, including maintaining appropriate training for their GDP activities and corporate requirements.
- For Cell Therapy and Clinical transactions, support the “follow-the-sun” principle in charge of shipments in NA even if shipments have not been originated or have customers in the region; supporting the other regional operations as appropriate and following physical flow of the transactions in the NA time zone.
- Drive end-to-end Supply Chain optimization and agility and ensure continuity of supply of products to BMS Markets & Customers under the scope of responsibility, for all modalities (Clinical, Cell Therapy and Bio/Pharma).
- Invest in creating and developing strong relationships with BMS markets and key stakeholders to ensure a customer focused orientation and alignment, for all modalities (Clinical, Cell Therapy and Bio/Pharma).
- Oversee warehouse and transportation management, including 3PL relationship and monitoring, cost control, issue resolution, for all modalities (Clinical, Cell Therapy and Bio/Pharma).
- Coordinate stakeholders for supply from supply points to market DCs, CMOs and internal sites, including support to overflow warehouses in support to our manufacturing network.
- Own distribution and effectiveness of US PAF (Patient Assistance Foundation) GMP & GDP & Internal/External Controls
- Coordinate stakeholders for supply from DC to customer, oversee potential reverse logistics and complaint resolution.
- Provide input to Procurement to support RFP, contract renewals, negotiations with 3PL vendors.
- Ensure GMP & GDP & Internal/External Controls
- Develop, execute and maintain Business Continuity Plans for all regional operations
- Be a designee for Vice President, Global Logistics Solutions to make decisions on behalf of VP, approve documents on behalf of the VP, and represent the VP as an appointee in meetings, forums, and projects as agreed
- Travel Requirements: As required ~ 30% of role.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Supply Chain, Business, or related field; advanced degree (MBA, MS) preferred
- 15 years of experience in Market Supply Operations in the biotech/pharma industry, clinical logistics, cell therapy logistics and/or comparable.
- Ability to communicate with impact and influence at the executive level, including General Managers, while demonstrating broad business acumen and strategic insight
- Proven ability to resolve complex conflicts and make sound, informed decisions under time-sensitive conditions.
- Demonstrated experience in leading teams and managing cross-functional stakeholders, including logistics operations, supplier management, and high-impact negotiations.
- Strong business acumen with exposure to customer relationship management and a focus on driving value and operational excellence.
- Digital dexterity identifying and implementing a number of different system solutions, deploying ML/AI and having managed transformations that included leveraging technology and data improvements

Summary:
The Associate Director is responsible for shaping and executing advanced analytics strategies that optimize patient support services, access strategies, and field resource engagement across multiple brands and disease areas. This role drives the integration of access and engagement analytics into enterprise-wide initiatives, delivering actionable insights for fulfillment performance, PAL/FRM engagement effectiveness, and access strategy reporting.
The Associate Director partners closely with Market Access, PSS teams, Field Operations, and cross-functional stakeholders to champion innovation, establish governance standards, and foster adoption of advanced tools and methodologies. By translating complex data into strategic recommendations, this leader empowers decision-making, improves patient access, and provides input on organizational capabilities for the future.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership
- Lead the vision and execution of advanced analytics capabilities for patient support services (PSS), access strategies, and field resource engagement, ensuring alignment with enterprise strategies and commercial objectives.
- Serve as a thought leader for access and PSS analytics, identifying emerging trends and best practices to continuously improve processes and outcomes.
PSS Program Analytics
- Own the design and execution of analytics strategies for PSS, including fulfillment performance tracking and PAL/FRM engagement effectiveness.
- Develop insights to optimize PSS program design and execution across brands and disease areas.
Access Strategy & Reporting
- Design and implement analytics frameworks for channel mix optimization and plan-level GTN analysis.
- Deliver insights to inform pricing, reimbursement strategies, and payer engagement.
Performance Measurement & Dashboards
- Develop robust dashboards, scorecards, and KPIs to monitor PSS and access program performance.
- Provide actionable insights to senior leadership for strategic planning, resource allocation, and continuous improvement.
Cross-Functional Partnership
- Collaborate with Market Access, PSS, Finance, BI&T, and Commercial Excellence to integrate analytics into broader enterprise strategies.

Governance & Compliance
- Establish and maintain governance frameworks for access and PSS analytics processes, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards, data privacy, and internal governance requirements.
- Maintain audit readiness and documentation for compliance purposes.
Innovation & Capability Building
- Drive adoption of advanced analytics tools, predictive modeling, and automation for access and PSS programs.
- Lead change management initiatives and upskill teams on new methodologies, technologies and organizational capabilities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Market Access, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years in market access, patient support services, or commercial analytics within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven track record in PSS program analytics, PAL/FRM engagement measurement, and access strategy reporting.
- Experience managing cross-brand and cross-disease area analytics projects in a matrixed environment.
- Expertise in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau), CRM systems, and advanced analytics platforms.
- Strong understanding of GTN modeling, channel mix optimization, and patient access metrics.

The Director, Global Logistics Solutions, Global Management Lead, Clinical Supply reports to the Vice President, Global Logistics Solutions (GLS) and is responsible for leading the strategic development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the global Clinical Supply logistics network. This role partners closely with GLS Regional Leads and Global Services teams, who manage day‑to‑day clinical logistics operations, to ensure end‑to‑end performance, standardization, and scalability across regions.
Serving as the primary liaison and orchestrator with senior stakeholders across Research & Development and Product Development, this position acts as the single point of contact for escalation management, issue resolution, strategic initiative alignment, and onboarding of new Business Development opportunities. This role ensures a resilient, compliant, and patient‑centric clinical logistics network that supports the advancement of the development portfolio globally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as single point of contact to all global functions on the Clinical Supply participating in all relevant governance forums and being a deputy for the VP GLS in those forums.
- Lead all coordination efforts in the identification, resolution and implementation lessons learnt related to Clinical Logistics including setting up and leading working groups, tiger teams and projects addressing short- and long-term improvements for the operations, coordinating both the relevant regions, global services and customs and trade stakeholders to achieve optimal solutions for the business.
- Act as the default representative of GLS in any global projects/initiatives that require Logistics and Distribution expertise; gathers and translates business and development requirements into the operations teams to design effective solutions.
- Collect, synthetize and translate the “voice of the customer” from both internal and external sources into the different GLS functions/pillars to achieve a complete E2E design that enhances patient and internal stakeholders’ satisfaction in a cost-effective manner.
- Lead and organize any type of “follow-the-sun” activities for daily operations delegating as appropriate in the regional teams to execute on specific shipments/storage/brokerage activities but acts as central point of coordination and decision making as needed
- Ensure study start readiness and compliance with internal and external regulations related to quality, finance, transportation, and trade
- Ensure harmonized ways of working in logistics, warehousing, and trade space across supply chain nodes, including internal and external manufacturing plants, warehouses, and distribution hubs, in collaboration with stakeholders and internal customers.
- Solve abstract problems across the functional areas of the business. Identifies and evaluates fundamental issues through assessment of intangible and quantitative variables
- Invest in creating and developing strong relationships with BMS global functions (GSC, RCO, GPS and beyond) and key stakeholders (internal and external) to ensure a customer focused orientation and alignment.

Position Summary
This global role will report to the VP, Global Logistics Solutions (GLS) and will work as a key member of the GLS Leadership Team. The incumbent will proactively recognize and address any technical, compliance, and regulatory issues associated with systems, processes, and product quality. - Lead Temperature Control: Protect product and reduce temperature excursions, maintain compliance & quality to meet or exceed regulatory expectations, and improve efficiency & performance by driving standardization, cost savings, and agility
- Lead Sustainability: Lead the roadmap, implementation and reporting of all Scope 3 activities in the area of logistics for BMS. Set Center of Excellence best practices leveraging technology and interactions with strategic Logistics Service Providers in alignment with Corporate
- Lead Network Development: Define and support regions to implement the optimal Logistics Network strategies including in-market DCs, supply point warehouses, and over-flow warehousing for the internal/external manufacturing sites including long-term strategy development and short-term solutions for changes in business requirements. Leverage 4PL and Supplier Relationship Management in alignment with Procurement to find innovative and cost-effective solutions for the warehousing network.

Qualifications & Experience

Position Summary:
This role will report to the VP, Global Logistics Solutions (GLS) and is responsible for leading the GLS organization in the EMEA region, overseeing end-to-end logistics operations across all modalities (bio/pharma, cell therapy, clinical) and multiple locations (including the 5 major EU markets, Middle East and Eastern Europe complexities and cross-market distribution). The Team Lead, Patient Materials Operations tactically leads a team of Associates responsible for all processes associated with Patient Materials (Apheresis Material Receipt, Drug Product Packout, Sample Retrieval, Sample Movements and Sample Storage) within CAR T clinical and commercial operations in a cGMP multicleanroom suite. - Take personal responsibility to work safely and drive accountability and process for team members to do the same. - Accountable for the Production Records/Process Documentation produced by the team. Perform batch record reviews (BRR) or Electronic Batch Record review by exception and ensure that all documentation produced by the team follows the ALCOA+ principles.
- Perform Cell Therapy production steps to maintain hands-on expert knowledge of each Unit Operation, role model good execution and behaviors for team members and if necessary, able to backfill execution resources to meet the production schedule.

Summary:
The Executive Director, Customer Insights & Engagement(TA Agnostic) is a senior strategic leader and the enterprise voice of the customer (healthcare professionals, payers, and patients) to Commercial and cross-functional leadership.

Summary:
This role is a senior leader responsible for shaping and executing advanced analytics strategies that optimize patient support services, access strategies, and field resource engagement across multiple brands and disease areas.
This role drives the integration of access and engagement analytics into enterprise-wide initiatives, delivering actionable insights for fulfillment performance, PAL/FRM engagement effectiveness, and access strategy reporting. The Director partners closely with Market Access, Patient Support teams, Field Operations, and cross-functional stakeholders to champion innovation, establish governance standards, and foster adoption of advanced tools and methodologies. By translating complex data into strategic recommendations, this leader empowers decision-making, improves patient access, and provides input on organizational capabilities for the future.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership
- Lead the vision and execution of advanced analytics capabilities for patient support services (PSS), access strategies, and field resource engagement, ensuring alignment with enterprise strategies and commercial objectives.
- Serve as a thought leader for access and PSS analytics, identifying emerging trends and best practices to continuously improve processes and outcomes.
Patient Support Services Program Analytics
- Own the design and execution of analytics strategies for PSS, including fulfillment performance tracking and PAL/FRM engagement effectiveness.
- Develop insights to optimize PSS program design and execution across brands and disease areas.
- Access Strategy & Reporting Design and implement analytics frameworks for channel mix optimization and plan-level GTN analysis.
- Deliver insights to inform pricing, reimbursement strategies, and payer engagement.
Performance Measurement & Dashboards
- Develop robust dashboards, scorecards, and KPIs to monitor PSS and access program performance.
- Provide actionable insights to senior leadership for strategic planning, resource allocation, and continuous improvement.
Cross-Functional Partnership
- Collaborate with Market Access, PSS, Finance, BI&T, and Commercial Excellence to integrate analytics into broader enterprise strategies.
- Influence decision-making through data-driven recommendations, scenario modeling, and partnership with key stakeholders.
Governance & Compliance
- Establish and maintain governance frameworks for access and PSS analytics processes, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards, data privacy, and internal governance requirements.
- Maintain audit readiness and documentation for compliance purposes.
Innovation & Capability Building
- Drive adoption of advanced analytics tools, predictive modeling, and automation for access and PSS programs.
- Lead change management initiatives and upskill teams on new methodologies, technologies and organizational capabilities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Market Access, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 10 years in market access, patient support services, or commercial analytics within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven track record in PSS program analytics, PAL/FRM engagement measurement, and access strategy reporting.
- Experience managing cross-brand and cross-disease area analytics projects in a matrixed environment.
- Expertise in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau), CRM systems, and advanced analytics platforms. Strong understanding of GTN modeling, channel mix optimization, and patient access metrics.
- Strategic thinking and ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.

The Vice President, U.S. Customer Insights & Engagement is a senior commercial leader responsible for shaping how Bristol Myers Squibb engages with healthcare professionals (HCPs) across the U.S., leveraging both personal and digital channels. Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Partnership & Leadership
- Serve as a strategic advisor to U.S. Business Unit SVPs, understanding business priorities and challenges.
- Lead BU-aligned customer insights teams, ensuring solutions are tailored to each BU while aligned with enterprise frameworks.
- Collaborate with senior cross-functional leaders (Marketing, Market Access, Field Excellence, Medical, Digital) to align customer strategies and capability investments.

Insights, Analytics & AI Leadership
- Oversee the generation and integration of actionable insights to inform brand strategy, customer segmentation, performance measurement, and continuous learning.

- Synthesize insights into clear narratives that drive strategic decisions across business units and functions.
