Summary:
This role is a senior leader responsible for shaping and executing advanced analytics strategies that optimize patient support services, access strategies, and field resource engagement across multiple brands and disease areas.
This role drives the integration of access and engagement analytics into enterprise-wide initiatives, delivering actionable insights for fulfillment performance, PAL/FRM engagement effectiveness, and access strategy reporting. The Director partners closely with Market Access, Patient Support teams, Field Operations, and cross-functional stakeholders to champion innovation, establish governance standards, and foster adoption of advanced tools and methodologies. By translating complex data into strategic recommendations, this leader empowers decision-making, improves patient access, and provides input on organizational capabilities for the future.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership
- Lead the vision and execution of advanced analytics capabilities for patient support services (PSS), access strategies, and field resource engagement, ensuring alignment with enterprise strategies and commercial objectives.
- Serve as a thought leader for access and PSS analytics, identifying emerging trends and best practices to continuously improve processes and outcomes.
Patient Support Services Program Analytics
- Own the design and execution of analytics strategies for PSS, including fulfillment performance tracking and PAL/FRM engagement effectiveness.
- Develop insights to optimize PSS program design and execution across brands and disease areas.
- Access Strategy & Reporting Design and implement analytics frameworks for channel mix optimization and plan-level GTN analysis.
- Deliver insights to inform pricing, reimbursement strategies, and payer engagement.
Performance Measurement & Dashboards
- Develop robust dashboards, scorecards, and KPIs to monitor PSS and access program performance.
- Provide actionable insights to senior leadership for strategic planning, resource allocation, and continuous improvement.
Cross-Functional Partnership
- Collaborate with Market Access, PSS, Finance, BI&T, and Commercial Excellence to integrate analytics into broader enterprise strategies.
- Influence decision-making through data-driven recommendations, scenario modeling, and partnership with key stakeholders.
Governance & Compliance
- Establish and maintain governance frameworks for access and PSS analytics processes, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards, data privacy, and internal governance requirements.
- Maintain audit readiness and documentation for compliance purposes.
Innovation & Capability Building
- Drive adoption of advanced analytics tools, predictive modeling, and automation for access and PSS programs.
- Lead change management initiatives and upskill teams on new methodologies, technologies and organizational capabilities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Market Access, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 10 years in market access, patient support services, or commercial analytics within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven track record in PSS program analytics, PAL/FRM engagement measurement, and access strategy reporting.
- Experience managing cross-brand and cross-disease area analytics projects in a matrixed environment.
- Expertise in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau), CRM systems, and advanced analytics platforms. Strong understanding of GTN modeling, channel mix optimization, and patient access metrics.
- Strategic thinking and ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead and inspire teams, foster innovation, and drive adoption of new technologies.

Position Summary:
The Vice President, U.S. Customer Insights & Engagement is a senior commercial leader responsible for shaping how Bristol Myers Squibb engages with healthcare professionals (HCPs) across the U.S., leveraging both personal and digital channels. This executive partners closely with U.S. Business Unit and brand leads to identify strategic opportunities, serving as a trusted advisor in developing commercial strategies and building the capabilities required for success. Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Partnership & Leadership
- Serve as a strategic advisor to U.S. Business Unit SVPs, understanding business priorities and challenges.

- Collaborate with senior cross-functional leaders (Marketing, Market Access, Field Excellence, Medical, Digital) to align customer strategies and capability investments.

Insights, Analytics & AI Leadership
- Oversee the generation and integration of actionable insights to inform brand strategy, customer segmentation, performance measurement, and continuous learning.

- Synthesize insights into clear narratives that drive strategic decisions across business units and functions.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
- 15+ years of experience in commercial, marketing, or insights roles within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare industry.

- Deep expertise in customer insights, omnichannel engagement, commercial analytics, and AI-driven solutions within U.S. healthcare.
- Strong leadership experience managing large, cross-functional or matrixed teams, including BU-specific resources.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex strategic initiatives and drive organizational change.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.

SENIOR COUNSEL – LITIGATION AND GOVERNMENT INVESTIGATIONS
The Senior Counsel, Litigation & Government Investigations, will be responsible for independently managing various litigation, government investigation, and other legal matters faced by the Company.
Responsibilities include:
· Managing a variety of litigation matters, including, but not limited, to antitrust, commercial, consumer protection, product liability, and securities actions, as well as other potential disputes faced by the Company.
· Managing domestic and international internal and government investigations.
· Effectively managing outside counsel representing the Company to achieve positive outcomes.
· Collaborating closely with other Law Department colleagues and functional support groups to provide legal advice and counsel.
The ideal candidate should have:
· JD degree or equivalent and membership in an appropriate bar.
· At least 8 years of legal experience, some of which should include having worked in a corporate legal department or law firm.
· Significant experience with the pharmaceutical industry generally and understanding of current federal and state pharmaceutical litigation and enforcement environment, and relevant statutes and regulations (including FDCA, False Claims Act, and anti-kickback statutes), is strongly preferred.
· Very strong oral & written communication skills.
· Excellent interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated record of collaboration, being a team player and forming strong working relationships with clients.
· The highest integrity, excellent judgment and the ability to proactively recognize and effectively communicate issues appropriately.
· Solid leadership qualities, intellectual curiosity and a sense of humor.

Position Summary:
The TAS is a critical role in our unique customer model to execute the BMS aspiration to be the BioPharma that delivers the most impactful engagement with Health Care Providers (HCPs), driving adoption of new and existing medicines for appropriate patients.
The primary role of the TAS is to drive demand for BMS medicines within their portfolio for the appropriate patients. To meet the HCPs expectations, the TAS engages them with a differentiated Customer Experience (Cx) through deeper scientific dialogue on and consistent with label, leveraging new ways of working and CE^3.

Job Description:
This position is a senior level technical individual contributor on the Process Automation Team within the Devens Cell Therapy Facility. This individual will be responsible for complex tasks within the group and operate autonomously with minor guidance and direction. This individual will maintain, configure, administer, and troubleshoot Aveva PI Systems. This individual will also provide support for the DeltaV and BAS systems.

Position Summary:
The Senior Facilitator plays a critical role in delivering an industry-leading contract facilitation capability for Bristol Myers Squibb. This hands-on position manages complex contracts from intake through execution, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements. Job Description:
This position is a lead level technical individual contributor and technical
project lead on the Process Automation Team within the Devens Cell Therapy
Facility. This individual will be responsible for a significant function within the
group and operate autonomously. This individual will maintain, configure,

Position Summary
The Senior Consultant, Benefits Product Design (PDD) role focuses on implementing and supporting benefits projects and process improvement initiatives, with customer-centric, change management and compliance mindset. Position summary
The Brand Lead (CHAT region) is a pivotal matrix leadership role within the Brand team, responsible for developing and executing comprehensive brand strategies that ensure successful launches and sustained growth in both Switzerland and Austria, in alignment with product labelling. This role involves collaborating with core brand team members to shape strategy and implement tactics across all customer groups and functions, requiring regular travel between Switzerland and Austria as necessary to achieve business goals. The Brand Lead is accountable for orchestrating a cross-functional brand team—including Commercial, Medical, Market Access, and Omnichannel Management—and fostering seamless collaboration as a single, agile unit throughout the CHAT region. The goal is to achieve strategic brand imperatives and maximize the brand’s commercial potential by making informed decisions on resource allocation within the committed budget. The Brand Lead ensures compliance by not making decisions on Medical and Market Access strategies or tactics outside the scope of brand strategy, such as pipeline/clinical trial support, scientific exchange, or HTA activities, which remain under functional ownership.
Key responsibilities
- Leads the development of integrated, cross-functionally unified brand plans and ensures strategic planning updates for the team throughout the year for both Switzerland and Austria.
- Directs cross-functional, bottom-up resource planning for the responsible brand/indication across the CHAT region.
- Oversees and monitors the execution of cross-functional brand strategies and brand-specific tactics in Switzerland and Austria.
- Leads a cross-functional team spanning Commercial, Access, Medical, and Enabling Functions, utilizing indirect leadership to drive co-creation and execution of a unified brand strategy for the CHAT region.
- Coordinates decision-making within the brand team and is empowered to allocate brand-related resources (OpEx) to maximize commercial potential across both countries.
- Accountable for P&L and works with the brand team to determine how the approved budget is used for cross-functional resourcing and capabilities (e.g., functional mix and capability needs) in Switzerland and Austria.
- Drives dynamic resource allocation, including the ability to build business cases for budget adjustments to meet evolving brand objectives in the CHAT region.
- Implements an omnichannel, personalized marketing approach, leveraging advanced analytics and planning across patient and stakeholder journeys for both markets.
- Provides input to BI&A and market research teams for developing advanced analytics and insights, utilizing them to inform/refine brand strategies and evaluate performance in Switzerland and Austria.
- Leads brand performance reviews by consolidating cross-functional inputs and ensuring alignment within the team across both countries.
- Contributes to financial projection processes (sales & resources) and is responsible for proposing P&L considerations to leadership.
- Actively provides input on objectives and compliance feedback to Functional Managers for performance reviews of the cross-functional brand team.
- Fosters the adoption of new ways of working within the brand team, including omnichannel strategies, modular content creation, agile rituals, sprints, and collaboration with service centers, partners, and agencies across the CHAT region.
- Leads brand-specific objective setting in alignment with Medical and brand team members, ensuring cross-functional alignment and representing the brand in key meetings.
- Proactively supports supply functions in accurate demand planning for both Switzerland and Austria.
- Maintains flexibility to travel between Switzerland and Austria as required to effectively support cross-country brand objectives and team collaboration.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Proven leadership skills within a matrix organization, ideally with experience across multiple countries or regions.
- Degree in life sciences, medicine, and/or business administration.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver on commercial and broader performance objectives, with a track record of success in multi-country environments.
- Relevant experience leading cross-functional matrix teams, preferably with exposure to both Swiss and Austrian markets.
- Strong business acumen and hands-on experience in P&L and budget management.
- Advanced proficiency in analytical models and the ability to translate analytics from BI&A teams into actionable strategies for Switzerland and Austria.
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks across different countries.
- Mastery of omnichannel strategy and modular content production, with the ability to adapt approaches for both Swiss and Austrian audiences.
- Willingness and ability to travel between Switzerland and Austria as required for the role.

#LI-Hybrid
For this position, a collective agreement minimum salary applies from € 2.879,00 gross per month. An overpayment in line with the market, depending on qualification and experience, is offered.
