Director, Global Patient Advocacy and Society Engagement
RayzeBio is a clinical-stage precision oncology company dedicated to developing targeted radiopharmaceutical therapies for patients with challenging cancers. Our lead programs address the needs of individuals affected by gastroenteropancreatic neuroendocrine tumors (GEP-NETs). As part of our team, you will join colleagues with a shared commitment to improving outcomes for the GEP-NET and broader oncology patient community. This role will initially report into the Head of Medical Affairs but may evolve as the company approaches commercialization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of Rayze Bio’s global advocacy and professional society strategy for Radiopharmaceuticals, GEP-NET, and, other emerging tumors ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
- Serve as the primary relationship manager for patient and professional societies worldwide, building and sustaining long-term, trust-based partnerships. Represent Rayze Bio at scientific conferences, congresses, and professional society meetings. Liaise with internal Rayze experts to ensure appropriate representation at initiatives and roundtables.
- Drive cross-functional working groups to coordinate patient education, access, and policy initiatives that address GEP-NET and RPT challenges.
- Collaborate with HR, Communications, and other departments to amplify the patient voice at Rayze Bio and orchestrate key employee engagement events.
- Support launch readiness and execute post-marketing insight-gathering activities to optimize outcomes and access for GEP-NET patients.
- Establish and champion internal patient-centric initiatives, ensuring patient perspectives are embedded across all functions.
- Depending on background and experience, establish and maintain relationships with other healthcare providers and strategic stakeholders or in assigned region. Communicate scientific and clinical information related to Rayze Bio’s pipeline. Gather and share medical insights and unmet needs from the healthcare community to inform company strategy, development, and post-marketing efforts. Support clinical trial recruitment and site engagement by educating investigators and research teams about ongoing studies.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
- Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in advocacy or patient-related roles, with at least 5 years in biotech or pharmaceutical companies.
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing strategic initiatives, including planning, development, benchmarking, and measurement.
- Executive presence with proven ability to collaborate, lead, facilitate, influence, and organize across teams and organizational levels.
- Strong organizational skills, creative thinking, and adaptability to shifting priorities and deadlines.
- Relationship management expertise within oncology, ideally with experience in radiopharmaceuticals.
- Extensive cross-functional leadership experience.
- Self-starter with a roll-up-the-sleeves mentality and unwavering commitment to delivering patient-centric solutions.

Position Summary:
The Director, Global Commercial Strategy, Thoracic/H&N will be a key member of the Oncology Global Commercial Strategy team, responsible for driving the strategic direction and commercial success of the Thoracic/H&N. This role will focus on maximizing asset value, shaping franchise growth, and ensuring strategic alignment across functions and geographies. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong strategic thinking, cross-functional leadership, and deep oncology market expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development and execution of global commercial strategies for Thoracic/H&N, in alignment with overall oncology portfolio objectives.
Partner closely with Tumor Leads, Business Development, Medical, Market Access, and other stakeholders to drive integrated franchise plans and end-to-end accountability.
Analyze market trends, competitive intelligence, and customer insights to inform strategic decisions and identify growth opportunities.
Support launch readiness and lifecycle management for pipeline and in-market assets, including scenario planning and risk mitigation.
Collaborate with Portfolio Strategy & Operations, Market Foresight, and Project Management teams to ensure operational excellence and cross-tumor alignment.
Contribute to business development activities, including asset evaluation and partnership opportunities.
Prepare and present business cases, strategic recommendations, and performance updates to senior leadership.
Mentor and develop talent within the franchise, supporting succession planning and team capability building.
Key Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree required, Advanced degree in business, life sciences, or related field (MBA, PhD, PharmD preferred).
Minimum 7 years of experience in oncology commercial strategy, marketing, or related roles within the pharmaceutical/biotech industry.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders in a matrixed global environment.
Deep understanding of the oncology market landscape, including solid tumors and immuno-oncology.
Strong analytical, strategic planning, and communication skills.
Experience with asset launches, lifecycle management, and business development is preferred.

Position Purpose
The Submission Manager, Clinical Trials manages and coordinates the timely, compliant, and accurate delivery of the core submission documents and dossiers to Bristol Myers Squibb (BMS) HA/EC Applicants and CRO. The Submission Manager also participates in the preparation of the CTIS for CT under the EU Regulation
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and distribute the global Clinical Trial Application dossier and subsequent substantial amendments to country applicants and CROs for submission to ECs and HAs.
- Prepare the data required in CTIS for global Clinical Trial Application dossiers and their subsequent substantial modifications.
- Manage the CT Amendment log considering the EU Regulation and determine windows of opportunity for submissions, escalate within BMS
- Provide support to the Submission Senior Manager/collaborate with the Submission Specialist in CTA preparation activities for initial filings and start up activities, protocol amendments, end of trials and CSR distributions.
- Ensure consistency of the Clinical Trial application across projects, studies and countries.
- Lead Program/Study level CTA Tracking Meetings, in preparation of the CTA dossier, ensuring timelines and dossier quality are managed according to expectations.
- Liaise with country offices and central team (Clinical Supply Operations, Operation Leads, Protocol Managers, Medical Monitor, Safety, Quality Person) to ensure that Clinical trial application activities are in compliance with study timelines, BMS SOPs, worldwide regulatory guidelines and regulations.
- Comply with the use and maintenance of the available planning & tracking tools (e.g. Veeva - HA submission and approval Tracking system) to generate reports and track the CTA content and associated dates.
- Escalate to study teams and GSM-CT senior roles observed trends and issues that may impact timely and successful study approval and execution
- Contribute to the Global Country Requirements Repository by collecting and sharing additional country requirements.
- Support initiatives for innovation and simplification in the processes to improve the support to the study teams and GSM-CT.
- Coordinate updates within a Program.
- Support continuous improvement and compliance initiatives
- Utilizes technology effectively to support the clinical trial application submission process. Proficient use of CTMS, Tracking systems, Excel trackers, to generate reports and track the CTAp content and associated dates
- Contributes to other requirements as appropriate to allow proper functioning of the GSM-CT..
- Provide training/mentoring to the GSM-CT newcomers
Required Qualifications & Experience
- BA/BS degree in a science or technology field, preferred
- Extensive relevant regulatory submissions experience

Position Purpose
- Member of the Trial Risk and Integrity Management (TRIM) department within Trial Delivery Support.
- Responsible for executing a comprehensive and integrated Quality Risk Management (QRM) program across clinical operations, with a focus on Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guideline compliance.

Position Summary

The Senior Clinical Scientist reports through the Clinical Science function which provides scientific expertise necessary to design and deliver clinical studies and programs.
Position Summary / Objective
- Responsible for implementation, planning, and execution of assigned clinical trial activities. Serves as Clinical Trial Lead for one or more trials

Summary
The Clinical Pharmacology and Pharmacometrics (CP&P) team at BMS is responsible for the pharmacology and pharmacometric support for all pipeline assets throughout the clinical development lifecycle. Composed of pharmacologists, pharmacometricians, data scientists and modelers, this group oversees the pharmacokinetic evaluation, pharmacometric exposure-response evaluation, quantitative systems pharmacology modeling, physiologically based pharmacokinetic modeling and model based meta-analysis of assets covering all therapeutic modalities, including small molecules, traditional and complex biologics and next gen cell therapies. All therapeutic areas are supported.
The CP&P team interacts with discovery and translational scientists, project leadership, early and late clinical development teams and commercial colleagues to provide input on clinical pharmacology profiling, dose optimization, formulation bridging, and combination strategies to enable faster and more effective drug development informed by core scientific principals and data.

Position Title: VP, GPL Franchise Lead Oncology
Position Summary
- Accountable for maximizing the value of the Oncology portfolio by shaping the end-to-end disease strategy, in partnership with Research, Development, Global Product Development & Supply (GPS), and Commercialization, and leading a team of Global Program Lead to translate those strategies into efficient execution. This role reports to the SVP, Head of Development, HOCT with matrix reporting to the SVP, Drug Development Strategy & Portfolio Management
Key Responsibilities:
Develops Disease Area Portfolio Strategy:
- Set the end-to-end disease strategy spanning the full lifecycle in partnership with drug development functions (including Strategy & Portfolio Management, global regulatory & safety, and global development operations), and other functions (including research, commercialization, GPS, and enterprise strategy)
- Accelerate the portfolio and reduce development timelines for most promising new assets, while optimizing the revenue and reach of currently marketed products
- Lead all R&D business development activities for the Oncology portfolio, in partnership with the Business Development team and DD Strategy & Portfolio Management
- Effectively manages disease portfolio budget, making tradeoff decisions with enterprise mindset
Drives execution of portfolio strategy through leadership of Disease Area Global Program Leads:
- Leads and inspires a high-performing organization of Global Program Leaders (GPLs) across the Disease Area
- Oversees orchestration of design and execution of globally integrated program strategies, timelines, and budgets from candidate nomination to successful launch, commercialization, and lifecycle management within Oncology
- Prioritizes, synthesizes, and pressure tests feedback from senior leadership on program direction/outputs and coaches GPLs in building this skillset
- Provide strategic and technical leadership to build a world-class drug development team while enabling the balance between scientific excellence and operational effectiveness
- Demonstrate inspirational leadership to engage, develop, and create an inclusive/diverse environment that drives innovation
- Demonstrate superior enterprise mindset and leadership maturity to shape the future of R&D

Qualifications & Experience:
- MD, PhD, DVM, PharmD, or equivalent advanced degree of relevance
- 10+ years of experience in the drug development process and leadership experience in academic or industry settings, including education where applicable
- Expertise in the drug development process, especially late development space, relevant regulatory expectations, and overall drug development principles
- Proven leadership capability building high-performing teams, managing large organizations and matrix teams with a successful track record of leading through influence and working across global organizational matrices
- Deep understanding of basic biology, pharmaceutical optimization, translational medicine, and clinical pharmacology, including exposure-response relationships and dose selection in early development
- Working knowledge of all functional areas of exploratory development (e.g., chemistry/biochemistry, CMC), late development, and commercial
- Ability to create a clear purpose, global vision, strategies, and key priorities for competing successfully in the evolving pharmaceutical and healthcare industry
- Demonstrated ability to lead a cross-functional team to execute Development Plans which have a global perspective and focus on product differentiation, including opportunities for data-driven acceleration
- Demonstrated ability to assess complex but relatively sparse data sets objectively, make informed decisions and take action in the face of uncertainty
- Demonstrated ability to successfully present complex programs to senior leaders and influence decision making
- Demonstrated ability to successfully and effectively communicate, collaborate and work across functional boundaries

Position Summary:
The Senior Manager, Benchtop IT Systems at the Devens Cell Therapy Facility is responsible for leading the design, deployment, operation, and lifecycle support of laboratory and benchtop IT systems supporting advanced cell therapy manufacturing. This position plays a pivotal role in integrating digital technologies into GxP laboratory environments, ensuring robust compliance, reliability, and alignment with business objectives. The Senior Manager collaborates cross-functionally with laboratory, manufacturing, quality, automation, and global IT teams to deliver solutions that enable scientific innovation and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of benchtop and laboratory IT systems (LIMS, CDS, SDMS, ELN, bespoke instrument software) within the Cell Therapy Facility, including requirements gathering, design, implementation, validation, and ongoing support.
Oversee system integration with manufacturing, quality, and enterprise platforms, ensuring seamless data flow and strong information security.
Ensure strict adherence to GxP, FDA, and other applicable regulatory standards in system implementation, validation, and operations.
Partner with internal stakeholders (lab users, engineers, QA, manufacturing) to clarify user needs, recommend scalable solutions, and drive digital innovation at the bench level.
Direct vendor relationships and manage contractors supporting laboratory IT systems, including service level agreements and performance monitoring.
Monitor system performance and proactively resolve incidents, collaborating closely with global support teams.
Develop and maintain robust documentation, validation plans, SOPs, and change control records for laboratory IT systems.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including system upgrades, user training, cybersecurity enhancements, and lifecycle planning.
Effectively manage operational budgets, resources, and schedules, tracking and reporting progress to site leadership and global IT function.
Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to direct reports and cross-functional project teams.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field.
7+ years of experience managing laboratory IT systems in a GMP or GxP-regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing or research environment.
Deep knowledge of laboratory informatics systems (e.g., LIMS, CDS, SDMS, ELN) and corresponding validation requirements.
Demonstrated experience leading complex IT or digital projects, preferably in biologics or cell therapy manufacturing.
Strong understanding of CSV (computer system validation), data integrity, and regulatory requirements in laboratory environments.
Proven leadership, people management, and cross-functional project management skills.
Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Advanced Degree (MS, PhD, or MBA) in a relevant discipline.
Experience delivering IT solutions for advanced therapy manufacturing/laboratories (cell, gene therapy, biologics).
Knowledge of data analytics, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, and modern automation tools as applied to laboratory settings.
Experience with global organizations and matrix reporting structures.
