A top 10 placing for BMS in the UK’s Best Workplaces 2024 List

We are thrilled to announce that Bristol Myers Squibb UK has been recognised at 8^th position in the UK’s Best Workplaces 2024 super large category, where a total of 50 companies competed in that list this year.

The super large category is for companies with more than 1,000 employees, with people from our Uxbridge, Chester, and Moreton sites, as well as Field-based colleagues, joining together to reflect on and share what makes them proud to work here.

Placing within the top 10 is an incredible achievement and something we are very proud of. This accolade is a recognition of our strong culture, the BMS Values which unite us all, and our shared passion to deliver for patients. With a strong commitment to inclusion and diversity, our people are the driving force behind our culture, where we strive for excellence in fostering an environment that promotes growth, collaboration, and wellbeing.
