Position Summary

清掃員は、オフィス、トイレ、ロビー、会議室などの清掃業務を遂行することが求められます。床や窓の清掃、掃除機やモップを使用した清掃作業、清掃用具や洗剤の管理、補充、ごみの回収、清掃スケジュールの管理、報告書の作成などが主な業務となります。

清掃員は、清潔で快適な環境を維持するために必要なスキルを身につけており、細心の注意を払い、高品質の仕事を提供することが求められます。また、チームワークを大切にし、他のスタッフと協力して業務を遂行することができます。

応募者は、清掃業務に関する経験があることが望ましく、清掃用具や洗剤の使用方法についての知識があることが求められます。また、清掃スケジュールの管理や報告書の作成に必要なコミュニケーションスキルが必要です。

清掃員は、清潔で安全な環境を提供するために最善を尽くし、貢献することが求められます

Key Responsibilities

  • 拭き掃除、ドアノブ、テーブル、会議室(大手町:約90室)のテーブルなど
  • AVルームの清掃、掃除機ふくめ(週一回)
  • 机上拭き・執務デスク上消毒作業
  • ホワイトボード拭き上げ
  • 各所消毒作業
  • 椅子アームの高さ調整
  • First Aidsルーム(2部屋)のベッドメイキング、清掃、リネン交換
  • 会議室椅子・テーブルなどの整理整頓
  • レポートラインへの業務の定期報告、業務改善への継続的取り組み
  • 清掃用具の消耗品選定・管理(格納場所:防災倉庫)、定期的に報告。
  • 共用部のトイレ・パントリーのごみ回収(ごみ回収分別は不要)、ペーパータオル補充(2回/日)
  • その他オフィスクリーニングに関連する業務
  • 就業時間として、以下を見込む
    • 週5日/週30時間
      • 午前9時から午後16時まで(昼休憩時間1時間込)
      • 午前10時から午後17時まで(昼休憩時間1時間込)

  • 大手町オフィスまで通勤ができること
  • 3フロアにわたる(8000平方メートル)オフィスでの容易に移動ができる事 (エレベーター有)
  • 各会議室内/アサインされた場所の清掃・レイアウト変更ができる事

BMS has a diverse occupancy structure that determines where an employee is required to conduct their work. This structure includes site-essential, site-by-design, field-based and remote-by-design jobs. The occupancy type that you are assigned is determined by the nature and responsibilities of your role:

Site-essential roles require 100% of shifts onsite at your assigned facility. Site-by-design roles may be eligible for a hybrid work model with at least 50% onsite at your assigned facility.
