Missions

Au sein du Département Affaires Médicales et rattaché(e) au Directeur Associé Affaires Médicales, vos missions seront réparties de la façon suivante :

  • Aider les Médecins Produit (DAS) du département à concevoir et mettre en place des projets médicaux
  • Conduire certains projets transversaux, de leur conception à leur mise en œuvre et suivi
  • Aider au suivi et au reporting des projets transversaux initiés par le Médical France
  • Etre force de proposition pour organiser les actions du département
  • Gestion administrative des projets (process achat, contractualisation, suivi du dossier…)
  • Contribuer à la transversalité et fluidité des projets entre équipe médicale siège et terrain
  • Contribuer à la transversalité et fluidité des projets entre équipe médicale et l’équipe des Responsables Relations Externes

Formation & Expérience

COMPETENCES REQUISES

  • Niveau scientifique élevé (pharmacien ou scientifique)
    • Bonne connaissance du développement des Médicaments
    • Connaissance de la méthodologie des essais cliniques
    • Maitrise linguistique (Français et Anglais)
    • Parfaite Maitrise des outils informatiques et particulièrement Excel et powerpoint
    • Maîtrise de la gestion de projet

LES SAVOIR-FAIRE

  • Connaissance de l’industrie pharmaceutique et de son environnement
  • Expérience avérée  et capacité à gérer des projets transversaux
  • Relations de travail efficaces développées avec des personnes de différentes fonctions
  • Expérience dans la communication à différents niveaux
  • Capacité à prendre des initiatives et être proactif
  • Capacité d’analyse et de synthèse
