Position Summary
The TAS is a critical role in our unique customer model to execute the BMS aspiration to be the BioPharma that delivers the most impactful engagement with Health Care Providers (HCPs), driving adoption of new and existing medicines for appropriate patients.
The primary role of the TAS is to drive demand for BMS medicines within their portfolio for the appropriate patients. To meet the HCPs expectations, the TAS engages them with a differentiated Customer Experience (Cx) through deeper scientific dialogue on and consistent with label, leveraging new ways of working and CE^3.
The role builds and maintains strong professional credibility with regional thought leaders (RTLs) and community-based physicians/HCPs in private practice, medical groups practices, office staff, and other stakeholders in the patient care continuum as their primary point of contact.
The TAS liaises with other BMS functions as needed to deliver an overall higher Customer Experience (Cx) – by meeting HCP needs in a timely and scientific manner. This role will prioritize the safe and appropriate use of BMS products while also focusing on overall business results and performance objectives while exemplifying BMS values.
The TAS role is field-based. A TAS is anticipated to spend 100% of their time in the field with external customers.
Key Responsibilities
Portfolio Promotion
- Promotes approved indications of BMS products and the launch of KarXT (xanomeline-trospium) within a defined territory or region to meet or exceed assigned sales targets in a compliant manner.
- Creates demand for BMS medicines by articulating in a balanced manner the clinical and scientific rationale for use of products in appropriate patients.
- Engages with and continuously maintains/grows a high level of scientific expertise in all assigned products and therapeutic areas.
- Prepares and successfully implements comprehensive territory and account plans.
- Proactively uses available tools such as CE^3 (once implemented) to derive insights and to dynamically inform call plans. Provides feedback on experience using these tools to leadership to enable continuous improvement.
Fair & Balanced Scientific Dialogue
- Demonstrates scientific expertise and passion in using approved scientific resources and publications to present information to HCPs and ensures medical accuracy.
- Conducts in-office presentations (e.g., lunch and learns) and discusses product-related scientific information with HCPs that is consistent with label.
- Organizes external speaker programs, selecting speakers from list approved by Speakers Bureau and facilitating scheduling and logistics.
- Maintains a high level of working expertise on emerging data for approved indications.
- Engages real-time medical support through Medical on Call to reactively answer unsolicited questions and complex technical inquiries.
Cross-functional collaboration
- Proactively collaborates with other field teams to ensure the best Customer Experience (Cx) for HCPs.
- Gathers and shares relevant insights and information internally with the appropriate stakeholders to enable BMS to better serve its customers.
Complies with all laws, regulations, and policies that govern the conduct of BMS.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Advanced scientific degree and/or preferred 5+ years of pharmaceutical or biotechnology experience as healthcare sales / MSL / HCP / nurse.
- Ability to communicate scientific or clinical data accurately and convincingly to help physicians best serve their patients.
- Demonstrated experience building and maintaining strong credibility with key customers, office staff, and others in the customer influence network via a customer-centric mindset and desire to create positive and differentiated Customer Experience (Cx).
- Experience in Neuropsychiatry is preferred.
- Demonstrated strong capability in account management skill sets, superior selling competencies, and proven sales performance track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively cross-functionally with a positive team mindset and can-do attitude.
- Strong selling and promotional skills proven through a track record of performance.

Sr. Director, Statistical Programming provides technical leadership to portfolio delivery and building / retaining highly skilled talent in Statistical Programming. Sr. Director, Stats Programming, proactively creates and implements delivery strategies to enable seamless delivery of projects. The incumbent is a key decision maker across indication/disease across a Therapeutic Area area execution and delivery strategies related to both risk identification and effective mitigations for all Statistical Programming deliverables. The position will be a key partner to the Head of Biostats in Cell Therapy and will assists their teams to ensure successful implementation of Statistical Programming strategies and efficient execution of the statistical analyses for an indication/disease area. This position includes functional management responsibilities as well as decision making responsibilities. In this role, Sr. Director, Statistical Programming, is responsible for managing employees: set objectives, manage performance, and provide meaningful coaching and feedback. They also support the evaluation and recruitment of potential employees and will work with other Statistical Programming Therapeutic Heads on recruitment and retention. Leads a large scale project across the Statistical Programming Organization.
Project Responsibilities:
- Leads statistical programming activities across a Therapeutic Area and related oversight activities ensuring quality and timeliness
- Leads the recruitment and retention strategies for Statistical Programming for CT Stats Programming, including CMC programming in partnership / collaboration with Statistical Programming LT, Programming Leads, HR and Talent Acquisition teams.
- Leads statistical programming Therapeutic Area level strategies in partnership with the VP of Biostatistics
- Sets tasks and prioritization across the Therapeutic area
- Successfully engages cross functionally to progress tasks with proven influencing skills
- Leads process improvement initiatives, including identification of areas of improvement
- Existing influential internal and external presence on varied statistical programming topics
- Provides comprehensive programming leadership and support to complex clinical project teams and vendors, including deployment of programming strategies, standards, specifications and programmed analysis to comply with regulatory requirements, SOPs and work practices
- Provides guidance on developing and implementing innovative strategies and technologies for clinical trial programming
- Member of Statistical Programming Leadership Team in sharing and building up the line function vision
Minimum Requirements:
- MS with ~10+ years of industry related experience.
- BS with ~12+ years of industry related experience.
- Proven track record of leading business process transformations and organizational culture change as well as driving programming expertise on programs with complex business deliverables
- Proven track record of attracting and retaining talent
- Operational experience in pharmaceutical drug development with significant direct exposure to clinical development
- Health care business acumen with a comprehensive understanding of the pharmaceutical industry
- Proficient knowledge of drug development process, clinical trial methodology, regulatory guidance, industry standards, statistical concepts, and medical terminology used in the analysis and submission of clinical data

Position Summary
The primary focus of the External Manufacturing Production Manager, Cell Therapy role is to oversee cell therapy manufacturing activities at specific BMS’s Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs) and to implement our vision for this business-critical function. We are looking for a candidate with the breadth of professional experience and the drive to work with both internal and external partners to define and manage the ongoing cGMP supply of concerned products. The right candidate should have the ability to understand the challenges and make proactive decisions after anticipating cross-functional impact. The successful candidate should have a strong operational, quality, compliance, and technical background, with proven project management and supplier management abilities. The candidate will be requested to travel to the CMO’s site for potentially frequent and / or extended periods of time with a requirement to occasionally travel elsewhere as needed. The successful candidate will be a key member of the Virtual Plant Team (VPT) contributing to the broader External Manufacturing group activities.
Duties/Responsibilities
The key deliverables for this role are to ensure reliable supply of external manufacturing operations through:
- General and team
o Responsible for operational aspects of CMO management, ensuring compliant, efficient, and timely production and delivery of products
o Ensures smooth execution of manufacturing-related projects and process improvements, acting as a resource for CMO stakeholders on their requests to BMS stakeholders and vice versa
o Function as a key point of contact for all BMS interests/activities at Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs)
o Support the Supplier Relationship Manager in building and maintaining mutually beneficial relationships with the CMO organization(s) in scope, as well as with key internal stakeholders, developing a partnership approach
o Live and support deployment of the BMS values
- Production
o Provide operational oversight of CMOs to ensure all deliverables meet or exceed BMS requirements. This includes but is not limited to negotiating manufacturing slots aligned with BMS’s needs, ensuring compliant and timely
manufacturing, on-time / in-full (OTIF) shipments, quality compliance and cost management, ensuring proper approval and execution of change control and lifecycle management initiatives, supporting the resolution of deviations etc.
Be the BMS ‘eyes and ears’ at the CMO for flawless execution of commercial operations
o Leverage BMS VPT stakeholders to provide guidance to CMOs and ensure cross-functional alignment on priorities and deliverables
o Lead change management, issue resolution and adherence to agreed deliverables.
o Manage and track CMO performance prior to (preparation), during (direct oversight) and after (campaign summaries/reports) manufacturing.
o Compiles key performance indicator reports.
o Coordinate the preparation of governance meetings and management reviews
o In close relation with CMO and BMS VPT stakeholders, lead, prioritize and track efficient execution and documentation of key activities to meet BMS requirements. This includes, but is not limited to initiation, execution, tracking and
closure of change controls, investigations, and deviations.
o Identify, escalate, and participate in the resolution of business-critical issues effecting Compliance, Operations and Management
o Participate in regular staff and governance meetings to agree on priorities and tactics
- Project management
o Manage a portfolio of multiple cross-functional external manufacturing projects, with a focus on developing and maintaining overall project plan objectives and timelines
o Collaborate with CMO and internal stakeholders to understand planned changes, set priorities, define required budget and resources, and manage the end-to-end implementation process including but not limited to change controls and
impact assessments. Effectively communicate status and expectations internally and to CMO. Escalate as needed.
o Support product, technical and business process lifecycle management activities
o Maintain action trackers, SharePoint Forms and Risk Registers.
o Lead or support other CMO- or Virtual Plant Team (VPT)-related projects
- Performance and continuous improvement
o Act as the key liaison to facilitate post-campaign / periodical (as applicable) and CAPA effectiveness review at CMOs
o Establish a robust tracking and reporting process to ensure compliance with internal/external audit observation deadlines or other regulatory commitments.
o Facilitate collation of data to track CMO and VPT performance and compliance on metrics including but not limited to adherence to contractual agreements such as on-time-in-full (OTIF) delivery and release, spend/budget,
product quality and supply integrity
o Facilitate process improvement initiatives with CMO, VPT and supporting business processes
o Track and ensure compliant and timely execution and closure of responses to audit and inspection observations or of other regulatory commitments
o Create and maintain process maps and tools, maintain related SOPs and work instructions up to date, in collaboration with other VPT representatives.
o Collaborate with other VPTs to exchange experience and best practices
o Support root cause analysis and risk assessments
o Support budget management and tracking, initiate project and change orders, track invoices and forecast CMO spend.
Reporting Relationship
Works in close collaboration with the Supplier Relationship Manager in charge of the overall relation with the CMO, and reports to the Executive Director, Cell Processing and drug product External Manufacturing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required, ideally in cell biology, biotechnology, biochemistry, or closely related disciplines
- Minimum 5, preferably 7 years of experience working in cell therapy or biopharmaceutical manufacturing, quality, Manufacturing Science and Technology, Supply Chain, or biopharmaceutical development
Strong quality and compliance background in a commercial and/or clinical GMP operational environment; sound working knowledge of health authority regulations
Technical background in aseptic operations is a plus
Solid project management skills and experience managing complex projects
Ability to expresses oneself clearly and concisely, by adjusting style, language and/or terminology as appropriate for the audience both in English and Japanese.
Strong leadership and ability to collaborate and build relationships is critical
Ability to work calmly and make sound decisions in an environment of uncertainty and change, including when facing technical, manufacturing- or supply-related issues .
Flexibility to work shift hours may occasionally be required to cover critical process steps
Ability to frequently travel, mainly to the CMO(s) under responsibility, is required
Travel: This position requires up to 25% of travel

Élaboration et mise en œuvre de la stratégie de communication d’un portefeuille de produits innovants en Immuno-Oncologie dans un marché en pleine mutation.
Poste :
- Chargé de la gestion et du suivi des projets opérationnels en soutien de l’équipe marketing,
- Réaliser et valider des outils de promotion dans le respect des contraintes réglementaires et juridiques (Visite numérique, remis, fiche posologique…)
- Participer à la construction de programmes éducationnels,
- Analyse, réalisation et suivi des opérations clients (programmes RPs, staff, congrès...),
- Implication dans l'organisation des séminaires de la force de vente,
- Suivi de la formation des délégués,
- Travail en étroite collaboration avec les différents acteurs, en externe et en interne, pour assister l’équipe marketing sur les dossiers en cours : Ventes / Marketing Opérationnel / Médical / Affaires Réglementaires / Relations Externes / Communication Interne & Externe/ Juridique / Formation / Achats / Prestataires

Als Product Specialist Kardiomyopathie (m/w/d) bist Du verantwortlich für den Verkauf unseres innovativen kardiologischen Produktes in Kliniken & Praxen auf allen Ebenen.
Du entwickelst ein tiefgehendes Verständnis von Stakeholdern und Netzwerken Deiner Klinik- & Praxis- Accounts und analysierst, welche Wege Patienten in Deiner Region von ersten Symptomen bis zur Diagnose und Therapieeinstellung durchlaufen und welche Bedürfnisse unsere Kunden haben.

Role Summary:
MSL embody our medical mission in becoming a trusted, agile partner who engages in relevant dialogue and delivers timely, high impact data and insights that advance the science or accelerate access, optimise medical practice and drive appropriate adoption of BMS medicines. The MSL role is a field-based role. It is anticipated that a MSL will spend a minimum of 60-70% of their time in the field with external customers.
The primary role of MSL is to develop and maintain contacts with Thought Leaders (TL) and Healthcare Providers (HCP) within their healthcare system. The purpose of interactions is to ensure patients have access to BMS medicines, to ensure their safe and appropriate use through peer to peer discussions aligned with medical strategies and needs expressed by the stakeholders. The scientific dialogue focuses on scientific/clinical information around disease management and BMS products in a fair and balanced way and includes appropriate Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) data. This role is for innovator molecule in CV therapy area and person will work in pre-launch, launch and immediate post launch phase.
Key Responsibilities
External Environment and Customer Focus
- Develop and maintain interactions with Thought Leaders, appropriate HCPs, and access stakeholders, within a given geography to answer scientific, unsolicited product and HEOR related questions. MSLs will use various channels for interactions (1:1, group presentation; remote, etc).
- Develop and execute a medical interaction plan with Key accounts (Army, Railways, CGHS etc.) as per the needs of the stakeholders and the overall medical strategy
- Effectively present information to HCPs and be able to respond to questions, ensuring medical accuracy and compliance with local procedures, ethical and legal guidelines and directives.
- Actively assess the medical landscape by meeting with Thought Leaders to understand their needs and expertise. Continuously update their own knowledge in treatment strategies, products, unmet medical needs, clinical trials and scientific activities. Understand the competitive landscape and actively prepare to address informational needs of customers.
- Collect and provide meaningful medical insights back to the medical and commercial organizations to be actioned in support of the strategy development.
- Report safety information, including adverse events, in accordance with BMS Standard Operating Procedures.
Contribute to the Country Medical Plan
- Develop territory Field Medical plan and TL Interaction plans based on therapeutic area objectives and TLs needs.
- Execute certain medical plan activities as assigned.
- Adopt institution/account planning approach and contribute to cross-functional institution/account plans.
- Contribute to development and delivery of scientifically meaningful medical programs/projects in line with the local Medical and Field Medical plan.
Provide Medical Support
- As necessary and appropriate, support the initial and ongoing medical/scientific area and product specific training and provide key scientific updates to internal stakeholders (e.g. Commercial, Regulatory, Pharmacovigilance, Legal, HEOR, Market Access).
- Provide scientific support at promotional meetings by presenting unbiased scientific and clinical data, by evaluating speakers and by giving support to BMS-contracted speakers.
Support Clinical Trial Activities
- Support Interventional and Non Interventional Research (NIR) studies (e.g. identification and assessment of potential study sites) to support patient recruitment and/or discussions around the safe and effective use of BMS investigational products, as agreed with local medical management and as defined by the study scope document.
- Provide recommendations and insights to clinical development team on study and site feasibilities within the therapeutic area based on knowledge of the field and through direct contacts with potential investigators, as agreed with local medical management.
- Actively support CRO sponsored studies as agreed with local medical management and as defined by the study scope document.
- Support HCPs in the ISR submission process as agreed with local medical management.
- Ensure that BMS Pharmacovigilance procedural documents are understood and applied by investigators of local studies, and alert appropriate BMS personnel to any identified Adverse Events.
Contribute towards the Patient advocacy programs
- Support the implementation of the patient education programs in collaboration with the patient advocacy groups
- Support the creation of patient education materials
Report safety information, including adverse events, in accordance with BMS Standard Operating Procedures
Qualifications
- MBBS, MD, BDS, MDS
- 1-2 years of Field Medical experience in medical affairs is preferred
- Candidates with experience in the Cardiovascular therapy area will be preferred
Languages
- Excellent English language skills - spoken and written

Summary
The Brand Operations Excellence Manager is an individual contributor role. The role is responsible in mainly 4 areas: (A) 40% quantitative modeling and advanced commercial data analytics, (B) 30% primary market research, (C) 20% new products planning launch excellence and (D) 10% ad-hoc projects management.
Key Responsibilities
Quantitative model and advanced commercial data analytics (40% of workload) Perform statistical analyses, data mining and predictive modelling to uncover trends and correlations. Build and design patient models/patient trackers across with marketing/finance by using innovative analytics, assist with establishing core analytical and data capabilities, standards, processes, and methodologies for the team. Business Intelligence: Proactively assess the relevant marketplace and its dynamics, customers and competitors through market research and secondary data. Provide an unbiased point of view on the performance of markets/brands, supported by facts and evidence. Actively connect with Asia/Global BI&A teams on advanced analytics like KDA (key decision analytics), and omnichannel analytics to understand the methodology and interpret results to local stakeholders. Work closely with SFE (sales force effectiveness), sales & marketing, finance and omnichannel teams to create Tableau 360-degree commercial dashboards to leadership key stakeholders. Role Summary:

- Develop and maintain interactions with Thought Leaders, appropriate HCPs, and access stakeholders, within a given geography to answer scientific, unsolicited product and HEOR related questions. MSLs will use various channels for interactions (1:1, group presentation; remote, etc).
- Develop and execute a medical interaction plan with Key accounts (Army, Railways, CGHS etc.) as per the needs of the stakeholders and the overall medical strategy

Provide Medical Support

- Provide scientific support at promotional meetings by presenting unbiased scientific and clinical data, by evaluating speakers and by giving support to BMS-contracted speakers.
Support Clinical Trial Activities
- Support Interventional and Non Interventional Research (NIR) studies (e.g. identification and assessment of potential study sites) to support patient recruitment and/or discussions around the safe and effective use of BMS investigational products, as agreed with local medical management and as defined by the study scope document.
- Provide recommendations and insights to clinical development team on study and site feasibilities within the therapeutic area based on knowledge of the field and through direct contacts with potential investigators, as agreed with local medical management.
- Actively support CRO sponsored studies as agreed with local medical management and as defined by the study scope document.
- Support HCPs in the ISR submission process as agreed with local medical management.
- Ensure that BMS Pharmacovigilance procedural documents are understood and applied by investigators of local studies, and alert appropriate BMS personnel to any identified Adverse Events.
Contribute towards the Patient advocacy programs
- Support the implementation of the patient education programs in collaboration with the patient advocacy groups
