ur thoughts are with all members of the communities impacted by the recent hurricanes and earthquakes.  As we have many patients and employees who live in the impacted areas, we deeply appreciate the commitment and tireless effort of community-based organizations towards immediate- and long-term recovery.

Bristol-Myers Squibb continues to be ready and willing to help our patients.  If a patient taking a Bristol-Myers Squibb product encounters a disruption in access to their prescription medication due to the storms, they should contact the Bristol-Myers Squibb Customer Information Center at 1-800-332-2056.   Agents are standing by from 8 AM to 8PM EDT Monday through Friday and are eager to help find the Bristol-Myers Squibb programs that best address the patient’s individual needs.

Hurricane Relief

To make sure that this information reaches our patients who may not know where to turn for help, we are sharing this information through many channels, including BMS.com and social media.  If you know of patients that are impacted and who may need our help, we ask that you please share this information as appropriate.

The company has also donated over $10 million in BMS medicines to Americares and Direct Relief to help patients urgently in need of care.  In addition, to help recovery efforts in communities impacted by Hurricane Harvey, the Bristol-Myers Squibb Foundation has given $550,000 in cash donations to the American Red Cross, Americares and Direct Relief.  The Bristol-Myers Squibb Foundation is also matching individual donations from Bristol-Myers Squibb employees to the relief efforts.  The Company, the Foundation and our disaster relief partners are actively monitoring the situation in Texas to determine future ways to help and are monitoring the impact of Irma as it unfolds.
