LEAD

Through a groundbreaking partnership with Columbia University Graduate School of Business, Bristol-Myers Squibb offers LEAD (Lead. Engage. Accelerate. Develop.), an accelerated leadership development program for women and multicultural employees who demonstrate strong leadership potential. The program is designed to accelerate the movement and to improve readiness and visibility of high performing and traditionally under-represented employees into positions of greater responsibility.

Insights for Success

Since 2006, Bristol-Myers Squibb has partnered with AA Smith & Associates to deliver Insights for Success, a two-day leadership development program for women and multicultural employees. This program is designed to accelerate the development of high performing managers, empowering them to take ownership of their career path and sharing with them the unwritten rules of career success.

The Power of Unconscious Bias

Learning is targeted to all executives in the organization. The program cultivates conscious awareness by helping participants recognize unconscious bias in their daily interactions, behaviors, and decision making. Further, participants analyze the impact of bias on business performance and employees and identify mitigation strategies.

Appreciating Differences eLearning

Provides a foundational understanding about diversity in the workplace and how inclusive behaviors can enhance business results. These learnings are further reinforced in the organization through Inclusion Dialogues as well as short videos centered on Diversity Moments.
